I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with comfortable beds and fresh linen. Amenities like Wi-Fi, TV, and hot water worked smoothly. The property seemed safe with proper hygiene measures in place, and housekeeping did a good job keeping everything tidy. The food was tasty with decent variety, though a few more healthy options would be great. Staff were polite, helpful, and responsive whenever needed. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, and with a few small improvements in food choices and check-in speed, it could be excellent.

Our category room was not ready, so they upgraded us to a bigger room. However, the room layouts are more like Service Apartments than a Hotel, with 5 rooms having a common Hall on each floor, with a Microwave Oven, Fridge and Sofa set and Balcony in this hall. This also meant that if you get noisy neighbours (which we got, with little kids and a big family, they kept having their room door open and prancing in and out into the Hall, and talking loudly without a care for other people’s peace. Buffet breakfast was nice with a decent spread, with good ambient music playing. The chicken in the In-room dining experience could have been fresher. No other facilities such as Pool, play area etc in the Hotel, as it was more of a Residential building converted into a Hotel. However, the rooms were clean, and service was good too

The location was good and silent, away from the traffic noise and rush. Food was delicious, and also the amenities and services. And it was a good experience!

The location is in the heart of city so no issues in locating or commuting.Regarding checkin experience, we e countered issues initially as we were asked to live in. a room without washroom and use a washroom which was outside but later got resolved by the manager and he helped us get the room we booked ,post that everything was good and room was spacious and clean.

The stay was nice. The hotel location and premises are very convenient, food is also good. But this time experience with amenities like kettle - tea, and a shaving kit, paper napkins was not available. This part needs to improve.

Very clean, spacious property. Parking is small for bigger cars however, staff is helpful and supportive in accomodating.

We were given a room where the bathroom is outside - in a shared space. Now once you’ve made the booking and arrived at the lodge with your family (with women and kids), you’re left with no choice but to upgrade to a room where the bathroom is inside - for which they will charge you an extra 1.2k - I felt exploited by this. They should either stop renting out the room where the bathroom is in the common area or make it very explicit that the bathroom will be in a shared space. Playing with words and saying “with private bathroom” doesn’t cut it. Also, the service isn’t good, the receptionist that was there when we arrived wasn’t friendly or welcoming in any way. Not happy with the experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
