It is a room in a apartment, not a individual proper hotel room. Decent, comfortable, clean and well maintained. Decent breakfast with limited items

It was good. The staff is great but the check in takes too long. But over all it's a great property.

The stay was really comfortable. Amazing rooms and food. The hotel was a complete relaxing experience after hectic days. Really enjoyed my stay. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Property location is good , near to market, shops, food is fine but they keep South Indian dishes more than Nashik or continental options. Amenities are average, very little furniture in room, no refrigerator in room, bathrooms design is bad, all shower water spills everywhere, no place to do shaving, no small table to keep tea or water bottle. Room service is average, nobody listen to you and serve or help you here. You keep asking for tea or room cleaning or changing soap and towel and they just say yes and do not give any service and then you keep asking many times, people are not trained or they do not care to give service. Why they are employed or what they do, not idea and that includes person sitting at front desk. Not a customer friendly hotel.

Our family stay at Freesia Residency was delightful! As we had super senior citizens travelling with us, the hotel was very considerate and not only upgraded our rooms but also placed us on the first floor. The hotel staff right front desk to the cleaning staff to room service and at the restaurant were polite, helpful, and served with a smile. The room and bathroom were spacious, hygienic, with tasteful interior decor. All the amenities listed on the site were provided. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. It is well maintained. The restaurant serves tasty multi cuisine dishes at reasonable prices and very generous portions. This was our first time visiting Freesia Residency, and it certainly won't be our last! The stay provided good value for money. Thank you Freesia Residency for your warm and wonderful hospitality!

Room size: Very specious and you get lounge area outside the room cleanliness: Spot less, 5 out of 5 Location: Its good, quiet and in good residential area, Almost 5km from Panchvati and Main highway. Service: Satisfactory, one of our rooms Tv was not working and they couldn’t fix it. Food: Average but it’s quite cheap compared to outside restaurants. Expect late service here since they have limited staff. Other facilities: 5 storey building, Ample of parking space, free self iron stand, Common fridge and seating area, No swimming pool.

Excellent stay experience. Neat and tidy rooms and quite spacious enough to comfortably accommodate family of four. Staff was also polite to attend all the basic queries....Would definitely love to visit again :)

I traveled with family to visit Shri Trimbakeshwar and we booked 2 superior rooms. Place is very clean and superior rooms are great to stay in. Staff is supportive. Food in hotel was average. Location is very safe and in good vicinity.

Initially we were baffled as we were reaching to the location as it was literally very inside of residential spaces but they have maintain the property well. if one is looking for a nice and clean stay without other amenities like pool and play area then this is an absolute perfect place to stay.

The rooms were nice and clean. The locality was excellent as it is closer to the heart of the city. The reception team was helpful. The food in the restaurant was tasty and complimentary was okay. The service in the restaurant was a little slow. Overall a good budget hotel for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this.
