Hotel location and room was good, however room was not prepared properly toilet items like soap, towels were not there we had to call to get it. Apart from that breakfast was having less items but it was good

Unclean and badly maintained hotel

I booked a presidential room in the hotel, here is what I found:- 1) The faucet in bathroom was leaking and creating a big mess on the floor from a long time (bad maintenance) 2) Bed was very very soft making it really bad to sit or sleep in + the bedsheets were not clean and had spots on it. 3) I changed the room and the other one was a bit better but still not good enough 4) Lift was down on the day we were checking out and even after the call service guy was not there even after 15 minutes and we had to take out luggage down our self from 3rd floor Over all I wont recommend the hotel to anyone.

what they charged n services they provided was not acceptable. The room was specious and AC working properly other than that nothing like to say.. dirty washroom dirty bedsheets torn blanket.. please don't book a room with breakfast service n management worst..staff is humble but they didn't care for complaints n don't even listen. they justbdo what they wish to do. five elements restaurant is good but room pathetic.

One Hotel in Nashik is located in a convenient location. Apart from the in house restaurant (5 Elements) there are eating options within walking distance. The rooms are good with air-conditioning and fan. The bathroom has 24hrs running hot water. Kettle with tea/coffee kit is provided. Drinking water bottle-2 nos- is only provided on day one. For other days one has to pay for it. The in house restaurant is vegetarian and has good food. Breakfast is buffet and starts at 8am tilll 10 am. They provide about 4-5 options with fresh juice and tea/coffee.

(4.1) the room was so basic . mattress was very soggy.. washroom was stinking … no hand towel. cutlery was of plastic glass , cups, food plates etc tap went dry after few minutes and no hot water 💦 breakfast was below average without any hospitality .. unfortunately no images were taken

The one hotel is located in a central location in nasik. The room and toilet was clean. Size of theroom was decent for a 3 star property. The staff was courteous and cooperative and always willing to help. While bath towels were provided, face towels in bathroom was missing. Hot water was available for bath. The hotel is located 500 meters from nashik central mall. This mall has a food court with a large range of choices and brands.
