Hotel Seven Heaven

It was good, calm and cozy stay. Staff was damn helpful and smiley. Just they need to buy a new bedsheets and should equipped room with towels that was missing at my time.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, WORST EXPERIENCE , IT FAILED TO PROVIDE BASIC AMMENTIES LIKE HOT WATER, WIFI. THEY DONT HAVE EVEN GEYSER INSTALLED THEY ARE 100% DEPENDENT ON SOLAR WHICH WAS NOT WORKING. PILLOWS,CURTAINS WERE SO DIRTY THAT ANYONE WOULD BARELY WANT TO TOUCH, EMPLOYEES ARE REALLY SLOW , CHECKIN TOOK 30 MINUTES ALTHOUGH THE ROOM WAS READY. PLEASE DONT SEE THE PHOTOS AND RATING , NOT SURE WHO RATED THEM. EVEN AFTER ASKING FOR UPGRADE THE PERSON AT RECEPTION DENIED STATING THERE ARE NO ROOMS BUT THERE WERE ROOMS AVAILABLE ONLINE. I WAS READY TO EVEN PAY BUT THEY DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING. WIFI PASSWORD WAS ALSO NOT GIVEN. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED PICS. THE RATES ARE REALLY HIGH COMPARED TO OTHER HOTELS. WE ASKED TO CHANGE THE PILLOW COVERS AND BLANKETS COVER BUT THEY SAID LAUNDRY IS DONE AFTER 3 DAYS SO THEY CANNOT CHANGE, ONLY BEDSHEET WAS CHANGED BECAUSE IT WAS AVAILABLE. THE DOOR LATCH WAS ALSO VERY HARD

Very nice stay with family for one night. There was some issue in bathroom which resolve in time. Staff is also cooperative.

Ambience was good, but TV was not working, I had to remind to keep towels etc in the bathroom. Breakfast was average.Need to improve on service

3rd class hotel, don't have hot water, when i order something everytime they asked to pay bill, I will not vist again

Seven heaven is an average hotel for short stays, our room lacked basic lighting which caused problems in the night because the room was too dim. We also spotted some cockroaches in the drawers. The food from the restaurant was good as well as the room service housekeeping. There’s nothing special about the hotel that’ll make us visit again. It could be better if they made their rooms more ergonomic with better facilities like apt lighting, good hangers, pest control. The elevators had spit stains that were cleaned once brought to notice. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible. The staff was polite and helpful.

Worst experience, its a second grade marriage hall and not a hotel, not more than 1 star. The star rating of this hotel is falsified. Dirty linen. Worst hygiene. For extra mattress we booked, they refused to provide blanket in dc winter cold. After arguments, they arranged those rs 100 blankets sold on roadside. Whole night marriage taking place, disturbing all other guests. For these people, marriage clients are more important, they shouldnt invite other guests. Booked for 2 nights, left just after one night and asked makemytrip to refund the amounts i paid. There are better hotels in nashik - dont book this place.

I had an incredible stay at hotel seven heaven the staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Good hotel service is slow but you'll get all basic necessities food is good service is slow hhhhh
