Very bad room not worth a single penny Ac was not working the bedsheet were un clean

The property is new and well-maintained, with clean rooms. Its location is convenient, within walking distance from the main temple. The hotel does not have a restaurant and only serves breakfast, which has limited options. However, the staff is very friendly and cooperative. Overall, it offers good value for money

the rooms which were given to us has too much issues like 1. cleaning - event after telling them to clean it but they did nothing and handed over to me as it is. it has spider net across rooms. chairs were filled with dust. mirrors were soo much badly clean that you can't even see yourself properly 2. food - they do have a restaurant but no one eats there. prices were slightly at higher side.

Not as par 3 star at alll i booked 2 deluxe ac rooms deluxe ac rooms are very basic, ac was not working in both rooms had to use fans , bathroom drainage was not working water kept stagnating, hygiene was not maintained blanket was not washed worst experience ever will have to think twice before booking from mmt

The worst experience i got with this hotel. Room was not so clean, tv was not recharged. Har taraf silan tha room me. Itne price me 3-5* hotel aa jate h wo v best service ke sath. Very terrible

Property location and food quality is good. But the quality of infrastructure is not worth for what i paid.

I booked for 2 days deluxe ac room, room rent was approx 8456- th make my trip, according to price there are no such facilities, i need to wait for hot water minim 30 mnts, poor internet, reception guy behaviour is very bad. After power cut dg is not running they cut power. I did not expect such type of facility ever. Overall terrible experience.

The only highlight was the food. The rooms need to be maintained they are very badly kept.

Terrible experience. We booked a deluxe room since we are a family of three. The bed was small in size. The ac was not working at all. There was no water in the toilet and they expected us to take water from them in a bucket whenever required at midnight. Really dint expect this kind of a service for a deluxe room.

The bedsheet were not clean, the room was not cleaned washrooms were terrible.

Staying was not worthy as hygeine and discipline is not maintained
It has to increase the hospitality in an effective way

All services are very poor and there is no hot water for both, there no drinking water, toilet is good

I have booked a room for 5 days, have changed room 4 times, basic beds no fridge. Their food quality and taste is good. Not good for long stays.

Overall good experience, but not explored much as we had gone to attend the wedding so we're busy there.

Hotel was not at all value for money, beds were very sub standard, no maintenance, hot water was not coming in the tab, the helper brought the bucket of hot water which is very sub standard for a price which was charged, we stayed at half of the price in another Hotel which had much better facilities, same in Nasik

Grape City, is a good option in a nasik road area, no much options. Facilities or infrastructure are ok ok, staff are very courteous, it has great dining place, the non veg place, even if you don't stay, go to grab, but for a regular traveler, breakfast is just basic, it is not just professional, but boys next door doing it well. Once a while for beginners, particularly if work is nearby, the best option for a night stay.

The TV was not working. Had to wait for 1 hour and call 3-4 times until my room was changed. Also, drinking water provided by them was in tap jars not sealed drinking water. Not value for money actually.
