ROOM ARE NOT HYGIENE COCKROACH FOUND IN ROOM. and taken extra too for check-in not to suggest to go there

The property enjoys a prime location, but unfortunately, some basic amenities were missing. Even after repeated follow-ups, many of the concerns were not addressed satisfactorily. I would also recommend skipping the included breakfast, as it is sourced from outside and not very tasty. There are much better breakfast options available nearby.

It’s basically HOSTEL not hotel room, definitely not for Family. The inclusions mentioned in description were either not provided or sub optimally provided. List of all the negative points here- 1) no geyser solar heater, you will get warm to lukewarm water at most depending on the sun 2) we had no reception phone provided, found one in a drawer later, which was not working 3) Bed was very hard 4)Toileteries were not provided, on asking receiver on not so clean looking towel and 2 soaps , no brush tooth paste or napkin 5) WiFi was there probably bt password was not given at checkin and when we went to reception no one was there to entertain, couldn’t check again as we didn’t have phone to communicate we had to go all the way down for every small thing 6) TV and AC were provided by without remote so pretty much useless to us we didn’t bother to even ask for it at this point. List of some positive points - 1) Room and washroom were clean 2) Beddings appeared neat n tidy 3)Dressing table wardrobe provided ...

Worst experience , The staff was okay but the room was pitty AC was not working ,no water supply in the bathroom and the complimentry breakfast was a scam i have booked three rokma and at this cost it’s the worst room i have ever been too

Location, Route , Ambience and Convenience all over good, but there should be one water bottle at check in and working wifi. Note: For me TV was optional but it should be there.

Just OK. Not great. Located in Nashik Road. Rooms are average. Cannot expect anything more in OYO hotel

As we arrived, we were greeted well and escorted by housekeeping to our room, as I entered the room the electrical key hole was broken and hanging with open wire, the main light in the room was not working and when I went to try all the switch among 8 switch 7 switches were jam and could not on or off. once the housekeeping came upon my call, he tapped the broken key switch the main light got on but the 2 dresser lights were gone. Then my wife looked at the bed and saw that is was dirty like someone had used it and it was just not changed and kept as it is for others to occupy. The supervisor then gave us a new room, which had the similar problems, additionally toilet was not clean there were spills of urine and the bathroom smelled sour. This was disappointing, then they showed another 2 rooms, bed was still the same and now additionally the bedsheet had stains of food and spots. with all the 4 room having a new white wash, the rooms smelled of colours throughout. The only positive thing was the service recovery, where the owners son and owner both tried to apologise and also took all the feedback back and also provide me and options to stay back and they will ensure all will be corrected. nevertheless it was to late and we had to change the hotel. before leaving they also gave us the MakeMyTrip contact number and asked to feedback as we had paid full for our booking. I will give out of 5 stars only 1 star to the hotel and facilities and 4 stars to the owner and son for being so positive and also helpful.

water issue was, as there was no water in the bathroom, so water was provided in bucket

Good for stay. Breakfast plan is not desirable. No in house restaurant. Only poha and tea offerred in breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, close to key attractions. The property was clean and well-maintained. Food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend!
