As we arrived, we were greeted well and escorted by housekeeping to our room, as I entered the room the electrical key hole was broken and hanging with open wire, the main light in the room was not working and when I went to try all the switch among 8 switch 7 switches were jam and could not on or off. once the housekeeping came upon my call, he tapped the broken key switch the main light got on but the 2 dresser lights were gone. Then my wife looked at the bed and saw that is was dirty like someone had used it and it was just not changed and kept as it is for others to occupy. The supervisor then gave us a new room, which had the similar problems, additionally toilet was not clean there were spills of urine and the bathroom smelled sour. This was disappointing, then they showed another 2 rooms, bed was still the same and now additionally the bedsheet had stains of food and spots. with all the 4 room having a new white wash, the rooms smelled of colours throughout. The only positive thing was the service recovery, where the owners son and owner both tried to apologise and also took all the feedback back and also provide me and options to stay back and they will ensure all will be corrected. nevertheless it was to late and we had to change the hotel. before leaving they also gave us the MakeMyTrip contact number and asked to feedback as we had paid full for our booking. I will give out of 5 stars only 1 star to the hotel and facilities and 4 stars to the owner and son for being so positive and also helpful.
