Property maintenance was not good no drinking water was provided not cleaning the room and there bedsheet no tv working it's not a hotel it's look like a horror movie's hotel

The condition of the property was really bad. Bedsheets had stains. The staff were rude. Proper cleaning was not there. They even had cockroaches in the room.

I had such a bad experience in this hotel, staff were too rude and arrogant. Amenities were not proper. Condition of the room was too bad. Please whoever watching this review just don’t book it.

Staff member are very cooperative. Whatever problem i told to them they have taken immediate action. Room is clean and neat almost all facility provided as per expectation only thing is that there is no restaurant near and because of that you need to order online for food

It was my fault i booked this hotel and that too when i was travel-ling with my family. Tv was not working, washroom knock was not there, no brkfast service and not even a tea available! i wasted 3000 bucks for this hotel

I made the payment when I booked but when I went to the hotel they asked for extra money. We are not able to provide the room at such a low rate, you were told to talk. This is very wrong

Room is dirty, dust everywhere. No room service or cleaning arrangements. No resturant is there. No basic service such as plate or water bottle provided by hotel. I am not happy.

Room was very untidy no proper care taken by the hotel people. Ac not working in most of the rooms. Beds are so untidy with blood stains, the rooms are not even cleaned after the usage of other persons and the bed spreads are also not changed after the use.

No television working, bad servies, restaurant also close, family facilities poor, not proper light.

During my recent stay at Oyo, I was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The room was unkempt and poorly maintained, with stained carpets and musty odors pervading the air. The amenities promised were either non-existent or in dire need of repair. Furthermore, the customer service was lacking, with staff members seeming indifferent to guest concerns. Overall, my stay at Oyo was far from satisfactory, leaving me with a strong urge to seek alternative accommodations in the future.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner.

The hotel is good, neatly maintained. My stay was comfortable. However, there are no restaurant or anything to eat anywhere nearby. The hotel has its own restaurant, which is not operating currently. We had to struggle for breakfast, snacks, and even lunch. Dinner we ordered online and got it at the hotel. It is difficult to get any autos or cab directly. We used o la for our bookings. Ola drivers don't accept payment, only cash.
