We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The basement parking area was extremely dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell throughout. Our room was also poorly maintained — there was a visible gap between the door and the floor, and we even found bugs/cockroaches on the bed. The breakfast quality was below expectations, and we again noticed cockroaches on the floor in the dining area. After we complained, the staff did provide us with a new room, but the overall experience did not improve much. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

The room was okay but there was a problem like electricity was not working properly or even the bathroom jet spray was broken we asked to fix it while we were but it was fixed when we reached back, there was no restaurant so we had to order online. We opted for breakfast but there were only two options for it poha or upma. So I can say overall it was a poor experience but the rooms were clean so the average stay I could say.

Room was spacious, bedsheet and pillow cover were clean and tidy. Hot water was available. Toilet was clean. Also, this hotel is budget friendly. Overall a great experience with this hotel during my stay.

the room had lots of small cockroachs, the flush was not working, the bed was uncomfortable with springs and poking the back, the door lock was not working properly, overall the property is not maintained! the management is either sleeping or not bothered, or they need to learn hotel management first before starting a hotel!

The room was spacious, but the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The toilet flush wasn't draining, and the toilet hand jet spray wasn't working properly. Water pressure is also very low.

Overall, the hotel management, ambiance, and system are excellent — everything runs smoothly and the staff is polite and responsive. However, I’d suggest a small improvement in maintaining the rooms by renewing the old mattresses, bedsheets, and blankets, as some of them have become a bit worn out. Additionally, it would be great if the hotel could improve the meal and breakfast system so that food remains hot and fresh throughout the serving time. Aside from these minor points, everything else is great. The stay was comfortable, the service was impressive, and the hotel is definitely budget-friendly. I’d happily recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable stay.

It was a comfortable budget stay. It is clean & well maintained. Toilet & bed were clean. They cleaned the room and changed bed sheet when I told them. They don’t have kitchen so you have to order food from Zomato, but they do serve morning breakfast and tea.
