Hotel Haldi

Our stay was disappointing from the start. After check-in, we requested a coffee maker, which was provided only after half an hour — and surprisingly, there were no tea or coffee pouches kept in the room. The flooring was dusty and not properly cleaned. The breakfast was very basic — just poha, puri-bhaji, and a few small vadas — which was quite disappointing considering the high room charges. Overall, poor service, lack of cleanliness, and not value for money.

Service was very poor. Room service was also very poor. Overall experience was average. Only the location was very good otherwise everything was poor.

We are extremely disappointed with the room hygiene standards at your property. The rooms provided to us were not cleaned properly, and even after changing rooms, the cleanliness issues remained the same. Frankly, hotels with far lower pricing maintain better hygiene than what we experienced here.

Rooms were not at all clean bedsheets had mud stains on it. No water provided. Toilet had no jet spray. No one bothered to even fix a thing!! Not worth money spent!!

Hotel located near to panchvati ( just 2 km away). Restaurant was average. However, room service was very poor. You have to ask again and again for same thing. There is lack of co-ordination between restaurant and reception. Also, Cup used for tea service was very dirty. No WiFi provided by the hotel.

Room was ok ok. Restaurant was not operational until 11 am. Cordination was missing between reception and restaurant. Receptionist was rude.

Basically this is Banquet hall and marriage place. They used Room for that purpose only. So lack of basic things and service related issue is there .

amazing property with really good room. the room were well furnished and beautiful. you can take a walk in the lown as well good ambience . Cooperative staff

The rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely helpful right from. the moment we entered. The overall Property is really well maintained and worth a stay here.

Room quality and services are excellant ,staff is very cooperative, facilities in room are equivalent to three star hotel, rates are rejanable my good wishes to your hotel & management

My stay at Hotel Haldi was spectacular. The staff was attentive, the room was comfortable with excellent views, and the convenient downtown location was a huge plus. I would definitely return!

Great location, friendly and efficient staff, delicious food with good variety, comfortable and well-equipped room, pleasant atmosphere, and excellent value for money.

The rooms were below expected as per the charges. They were in basement. The bedsheets weren’t clean and were itchy. The bathrooms were too too small. The water was leaking from toilet tub. When we asked them to repair/stop it, they said “it’s ok let the water go!” There is no cupboard or even to hang clothes. We had to call for things one by one - the Ac remote, water bottle. The room quality was not worth of 1000 Rs per room.

They don’t have sufficient staff for service.. when you order something hotel is unable to deliver in room on time..

Overall from the time we checked in to check out we found it very convenient and relaxing. The rooms were clean which I am very particular about especially for the linen and the washroom. Surprisingly we found the that Internet quality was excellent and really enjoyed the entertainment while we watched movies in the night with my kids and wife. Best part the ambiance was stunning. We had drive down so security for my vehicle and found that the property was under CcTV surveillance which was being monitored at the reception where we too were able to see the screens. I found that there was clear transparency and clear communication from the staff and manager. Who were very polite and well informed and very respectful. Their restaurant served pure veg food which was delicious. Though my preference was non-veg but my kids and wife relished the food served. When it came to cost for stay inclusive of breakfast was reasonable.

Break fast quality was very Poor & Rooms are Good but in The Room Towels were very Bad conditions, Location was Good middle of the City
