Staff is not trained properly how to treat and talk to customers especially the person who did our check in yesterday. The rooms are very neat and clean . Food is great. Overall a decent stay. All staff were very helpful and respectful other than the reception person at check in trying to body shame and flirt with guests.

However, we’re extremely concerned about your experience with the reception staff during check-in. This behavior is completely unacceptable and not in line with FabHotels’ service standards. The property looks good from outside but the room facilities are not good and suggestable. The attitude of staffs are very arrogant and they lie on every commitment and statements made by them. No hot water, No dental kit, No clean towels, TV not working. No shampoo/conditoner/body wash and handwash available. AC continuously liquing . If we ask to change the rooms, no extra or other category rooms available. But taking fresh bookings for other customers. No comparative staff. Worst experience. No one should try this property for stay.
