Terrible Stay
Total worst hotel I ever seen on the earth. This hotel owner is Jain so they won't allow you to eat nonveg or to take drinks. This is very disgusting for all coustmours who came there to take kalm rest. There is no hotel kitchen available still they offer food in breakfast by purchasing very bad and low quality outside food. Staff including Manager is very arogant. Staff is rude also he didn't help to take luggege from our car to hotel. He says you carry luggege up to reception, then we will pick it up to room. Lift is permanently out of order. Towels provided are too durty and bad smelling. Even any one can't take it in hand also. In short this is worst hotel.

One of the worst hotel , poor room service poor maintenance, will never recommend this room for any one , toilet not clean, rooms not clean, , remove this room from this mmt , ,, mmt service will be spoiled if u hve this kind if rooms in ur page ... worst experience

basic hygiene concerns,food order payment before delivery was surprisn
basic hygiene like bedsheets were completely shabby and the next day they did good cleanliness but the 1st day was horrible while checking in. ordering food is poor as they only 1 hotel pavan option which wasn't that good and staff couldn't wait for payment as they were expecting immediately before delivery which isn't good approach as we are coming with family will not go without paying. few positive as it nearby to nashik road hotel reception and one of staff who were lean local guy were soft spoken rest all were arrogant and not able to wait for payments even it was pre booking seems poor culture into hospitality management and scope of improvement is high as am regular traveler for business or with family and found poor service by hotel which wasn't expected while Booking with MMT as got feeling booked in rooms . sad 😢

Location was good Room was decent- not super clean but not dirty Hot water timings were odd, it was available only till 12 pm which was a problem for us Staff was good, but food was ordered from nearby restaurant Overall it was decent for one day Slightly overpriced for the services that were provided.

dont go for the images,very bad rooms
I booked Hotel Avanti through MMT for 3 people after checking the photos which clearly showed two beds in a single room. However, upon check-in, we were given a room with only one small bed, making it very uncomfortable for three people. The washroom was not clean at all, with stains and foul smell – completely unhygienic. The photos shown on the booking site are very misleading. Don’t go by them, because the actual rooms are completely different from what you see online. Very disappointing experience, definitely not worth the money.

Average cleaning service and parking issue
Bed sheets and bathroom are not cleaned and no parking facility. Room smells bad due to that. Expecting at least up to the mark services

No parking, No food, No lift in this hotel... Receptionist behaviour was also rude. As you have booked they will not listen to your single point. Rooms and toilets were the worst.

The quality of the mattresses and bed is not as good as shown in the pic at the time of booking. it's not a hotel just like a dormitory. Never book if you planned with family to stay at this premises

Terrible Stay
Room was pathetic. Far away from shown in pics. They charged 1800+ but it was not even worth 500. Dirty linens, dirty walls, bathroom was also dirty. And moreover their attitude that this is like this only. Total waste of money. Noone should go to that hotel.
