Rooms are hygienic and spacious. Great service! Hotel staff is polite. Near by to Nashik Road Railway Station.

The hotel was average and the rooms were average but the services were very poor and pathetic. The TV was not running. There is no hot water in the bathroom, the bathrooms were not clean and bathroom accessories were damaged. No drinking water in the room, no kettle in the room. Soaps were there but no shampoo. I have asked the receptionist to provide shampoo and asked to start TV but there is no response. I have included breakfast but no proper breakfast facility. Not recommended for family or couples to stay. MakeMyTrip should take this message seriously and should remove the hotel from their list if they don't want to damage their reputation.

It was a good stay. However, we only used this property at night just to sleep because we were out for outing. Toh it was a good stay overall

Good facility, very close to the Nashik Road Rly station. Market, shops, banks, eateries, petrol pump, doctors, hosital all in the vicinity. Clean, hygienic, prompt service, solar water heaters available but they close the hot water at 10 AM so one has to take bath by that time. Limited items like poha, upma and bread butter are available as complimentary breakfast. Others items like parathas you have to pay. Early check in or late check out is not permitted, of needed you have to pay extra for that. Lunch and dinner services are good Behaviour of staff is good and amicable.

The location is good however rooms are average. The room had some smell which went away when the AC was on, probably rooms need to be aired out. Bathroom needs a bit of deep cleaning as although the basin and commode was very clean, the floor and walls were not. Disappointing Experience – Not Guest Friendly I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. They did not allow my guest to come into my room during the daytime, even for a short meeting. Shockingly, they asked me to pay an additional ₹700 just to allow the person inside. This is completely unreasonable and not mentioned anywhere during booking. The behavior of the staff and even the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping or offering a solution, they were dismissive and didn’t know how to speak to customers properly. Definitely not the kind of hospitality you expect when you’re paying for a comfortable stay. Would not recommend this place if you're looking for a hassle-free and respectful experience.

I was there for a short stay.The staff is quite police and well mannered. The food they provide in restaurant is fresh and good.

Pleasant stay and the location is good

Rooms were clean and tidy. However service was certainly not upto the mark. Spur-of-the-moment breakfast timings are not suitable for business trips, hangers were given only on request, availability of hot water is kept to luck, AC could be shut off directly from counter even when you are in the room... At budget price if you are looking for a hygienic hostel ratehr than hotel then only it is convenient. You could have breakfast or any other food directly at nearby eateries. With all the issues, staff would support in the end, but after lot of haggle.
