not a good service
Charge extra for smoking in washroom and there general manger is laughing while doing the conversation. No other hotels charges like that to customers.. we are not allowed to smoke in the Room but wash we can in other hotel and they are not listing

Reached hotel @ 3.30 pm.....ie after scheduleed time of 1pm, but had to wait for room entry. Rest of the things were good.

A comfortable stay with very good restaurant service and good location (a bit outside the main city. Clean rooms with modern amenities justify the price tag (which might be a little high considering Nashik) and staff are well behaved.

Hotel Review: MBC Citadel, Nashik – Extremely Disappointing Stay I had a very bad experience during my stay at MBC Citadel, Nashik, booked through MakeMyTrip. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was small, unclean, and full of dust. Towels were dirty and had a foul smell. There was no proper cleaning done, even after repeated requests. The washroom had no ventilation and there was leakage, making it very uncomfortable. Even the glasses provided were smelling bad. Despite booking online, I was given a substandard room that didn’t match the listing at all. This was a terrible experience, and I would advise others to avoid staying at MBC Citadel. Not worth the money at all.

MBC Citadel has a major problem if room design where they have very less space and yet they have heavy furniture which blocks the entire space. Any extra bed does not even leave space to walk. Food is good but the cost is on the higher side. Driver staying arrangement is also not up to the mark
