Location is good and the staff is also good and the hotel primises also the breakfast is good so basically great place

Clean rooms, co-operative staff, premises was very pleasant and beautiful overall experience was good

The rooms are poorly maintained. Toilets are unhygienic and dirty. Reminds me of public toilets

Hygiene is well maintained, place is well situated on mumbai agra highway, distant at only 2. 5kms from panchvati and tapovan. Ample space of parking is available, staff is very cooperative l, specially mr nikhil

Is a regular at this hotel, this was my third stay. This room in particular had had plumbing, the water dispenser above the commode was leaking.
The toilet plumbing wasn't properly done or was broken.

The facilities etc are not less that a 5 hotel. I recommend to all.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay. Hotel just needs to add its own restaurant.

We stayed at Swaminarayan Residecny for 2 nights and the rooms were very good. They were also very accommodative of our requests. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

The place is very good to stay, the location can be reached easily. Though they do not serve food, you can find good places nearby. The staff is cooperative.
