VERY WORST EXPRIENCE
No Cleaning No Service Very Dirty in lobby area No Morning TEA service No non veg offered though we took food package No person to check for anything.

Extremely bad experience...if you stay here you will regret
Wi-Fi not working no fridge in the room bathroom was very dirty room unclean food was terrible. People were shouting from other rooms. It was a terrible stay

Terrible Stay
Unhygienic Toilet no Room Service pathetic there are shortage of staff in that hotel and the food was also very bad the staff of the restaurant was dranked in the morning very very bad experience

Terrible experience - not recommended
I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The service was unbelievably poor and the staff were not only irresponsible but also very rude. They shifted me to three different rooms during my stay, each worse than the previous one. The issues were countless: 1. Non-functional amenities: the tv and ac didn’t work in any of the rooms. 2. Unhygienic conditions: the kettle provided was filthy and unusable. There was a bad odour in the room that made it hard to breathe. 3. Pests: cockroaches were roaming around freely, making the room feel unsafe and unhygienic. Despite complaining, the staff showed no willingness to resolve the issues or provide any sort of assistance. It was as though they were completely indifferent to the guests' comfort. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you value cleanliness, proper service, and basic decency. This experience was far below even the most minimal expectations.

Taking Extra 1k for extra single mattress
Very worst experience i suggest go for any other hotel because this hotel takes 500-1000 extra for one single mattress

Worst stay experience
Most of the rooms does not have ac. Working. I had to change 3 rooms at 12 night and the receptionist is rude and talking in improper language. No room service.

Not recommended to stay
familyBooked through via mmt, it's not recommended to stay, very bad is we took 2 rooms but these rooms doesn't have door lock so we cannot lock the room. No hospitality no security not for family
