Rooms are not clean, no one is there for transferring luggage to the room. Staff are not cooperative.

Upon arrival late at night, I requested to be served the remaining food available, clearly stating that I did not require anything freshly cooked. However, I was informed that dinner hours were closed and no food could be provided—despite visible leftovers being available. This was highly disappointing and showed a lack of basic hospitality. Further, the room allotted was extremely cramped. The bathroom and WC were not cleaned properly, which is unacceptable. To add to the inconvenience, in the morning I discovered that the conditioner and shampoo bottles were empty, indicating poor housekeeping and lack of attention to guest essentials. This experience was far below the standards expected from any hotel. I am compelled to rate this stay 0 out of 5, and I strongly urge you to take immediate corrective action to ensure no other guest faces such inconvenience.

Room amenities are too old. Shower was broken. Food is terribly bad. I ordered french fries first, it was too oily and had that black residuals if we use oil repeatedly, upon complaint and request to be better on my second order, I received tooo oily food.

The room i Got did not have a Tooth brush and other stuff, also the Wifi wasn't getting connected..when called the receptionist for wifi ..she told maintenance person will come .. but no one turned up

We booked D-Luxe room and it was smaller than usual deluxe rooms. Did not have toiletries. But the food was amazing.

House keeping of the room are very bad. No body is taking care of room house keeping. During check out i was not given with the hard copy of invoice. So many reason are their for not choosing this hotel in future.

Pathetic hotel .okay for single stay but not with family. they charge 4.5 K for matchbox size room , extremely slow service I stayed with kids and parents asked them to help carry luggage and they straight away said its self service ( even smallest hotel provide help for carry luggage) , if you ask for water bottle they will take like forever..no bucket in washroom, no almirah ,no services nothing ..Please avoid

I stayed at Ginger Nashik for one day. The rooms are quite old and not very spacious, and the bathroom also feels outdated. However, the parking area is large and convenient, which is a big plus. The location is good, and the staff are polite and helpful. The on-site restaurant offers tasty food, and the complimentary breakfast has a nice variety of options to start the day. Overall, it’s a decent stay if you’re looking for a convenient location and good service, but the rooms could definitely use some renovation.

Having stayed at Ginger hotels before, I can definitely say that the experience on this one was below average according to my expectations. The hotel looks about 10-15 years old and badly needs a renovation/ refurbishment. Everything looks old and repaired at the hotel which gives the vibe of a government run guest house or rundown tourism department hotel/ guesthouse. The bathroom still has old tiles and a shower curtains whereas all other hotels at this price point have upgraded to glass bath enclosures. Pictures of the bathroom, bedroom and common areas have been included in the review with time and date stamp.

rooms and washroom are very Soso Ginger is the Tata,s hotel but remove the Tata s name no one booked that hotel room service is very bad . for extra bed after one hour provide my experience is very bad

The staff were not cooperative at all. We checked in late at around 3am but still the rooms were not ready. Additionally, the dining area was very messy.

Evening is good. Dinner and break facts good. Se Security, also goods and breakfast and dinner well, a receptionist is properly attending

Hotel to 3 star but experience better than 1 star hotel services I suggest to bdvl best value of money

Poor facility. Dirty wash room. No dental kit. No shaving kit. Dirty towels. Needs to be replaced and cleaned up.
