Feedback and Complaint Regarding Stay at Hotel
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at Hotel Holiday New Plaza Nashik. Unfortunately, my experience at your property was far below the standards expected from a hospitality service provider. Upon arrival, I was allocated a room that was in an unacceptable condition — the room was filthy, the washroom was unclean, and the towels provided were not only wet but also visibly dirty. When I requested fresh towels, I was informed that this was the norm during the rainy season, which is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, despite the booking mentioning amenities such as Wi-Fi, it was non-functional throughout my stay. I was shifted to another room upon raising concerns, but the issues remained the same — lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and no access to promised facilities. What added to the discomfort was the stark contrast between the images shown at the time of booking and the actual condition of the property. I had no option but to continue my stay for two days as I had already made the payment and had no alternative accommodations available. As a guest, I felt unwelcome and unheard. I also experienced unprofessional and argumentative behavior from the staff, which made the situation even more stressful. Being a working professional and an outsider in the city, I expected a safe and hygienic environment to rest and recharge, but sadly, this was not the case. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this property to any fellow travelers. It is my humble request that you take these concerns seriously and work on improving the standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and transparency to ensure no other guest faces such inconvenience. I stayed here on 9th July 2025 and it was an average stay. Pros: 1.Location 2. Not bad for solo trip 3. Staff behaviour Cons 1. Room neatness OK but bathroom needs a little more attention 2. Bed was but hard ( It a personal choice as I like hard bed. So it may or may not a con.) 3. No potable water in room at the time of check in. If you can't afford bottled water you can provide filtered water in decent bottles

The rooms were clean, and the washroom was clean as well overall good experience, but few things can be improve, like they were no toiletries, no issues, no water in the room.

I myself and my friend stayed for one night. Location is good. Car parking is available. But room cleaning was not upto the mark. Water bottle was chargeable.
