There was no inside door manual hook lock for privacy and safety

This hotel out of city , there is no any one restaurant near approx 2 km distance, please don't stay this is my recommendation.i suggest kindly remove this hotel

The service is very bad. They don't clean the rooms. The TV also has the same issue. They don't keep the bathrooms clean....There are no hotels nearby, so you have to go to Pathardi Naka. They should at least keep tea and snacks there, but there is no such facility.

Rooms are basic and standard and they have a dedicated parking space but they really have to focus on the cleanliness part. They need a lot to improve in cleanliness. Blankets were not washed and none of the toiletries were provided.

The comfort caves is best in Nashik for stays. The staff is good and supportive.the property is good

It was a good stay. In a little bit far locality but overall experience was pretty good stay.

This was a terrible stay, I booked a hotel last moment for my family stay. This hotel was close to Pandav leni and the room photo showed 2 separate beds so I booked it at 7pm in the evening to stay overnight. later found out that this was not a hotel, room doesn't have attached toilet, no space for extra mattress.

I was booked last moment just to stay overnight with my family of 2 adults and 2 children. We reached a place at 7. 30 in the evening and found out that this was not a hotel. This is an apartment and 1 flat is shared with 2 families. Non attached means no bathroom inside the room. There is no additional space in the room for an extra mattress. He 1st said if you don't like it then cancel it and refund will be possible. After calling mm t they told us that no refund allowed. Later on they upgraded to attached room with bathroom. If you are coming with family then avoid this apartment.

Highly not recommended. First of all one of the staff is very rude he didn't even came to help us with the luggage. The rooms are very dirty, blankets, bed sheets are very dirty. Also in the pictures they will show you english toilet but in reality they will give you indian style toilet. Also don't book this hotel by looking at pictures,. This is pure stay place where you can only sleep, take bath, restaurant is missing. For even tea you will have to go out all by yourself. You will have to keep looking for breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. They do have smart tv but please note even the tv is dumbass it will not show anything else apart from youtube. But even that will buffet due to poor network. My advice is don't book this place if you want to make your trip beautiful.

No cleaning available in room after informing staff, asked for tea, always got information that milk is not available plus staff multiple time to asked for room change.

The location is best. The staff is very helpful and clean.The property is well maintained and clean.

It was a very terrible experience. When we came to the hotel at night there was no one at reception and the gate was also locked. The caretaker was drunk and not lifting our phone. He was so drunk that he did not understand what we were telling him.

This is apartment type rooms. Neat and clean, especially good for family, groups with reasonable rate.

The stay was not comfortable at all. The towels were stinking, they asked us to pay extra for using a western toilet. The main door didn't have a lock and the host has the key for access to the service apartment. When asked for a fresh towel, he used the key for access without knocking or our permission. Terrible experience. We do not have pictures/images

That hotel was the worst hotel ever i tried. The room service was very bad. There was no privacy in the rooms and blankets were smelling like tobacco. The washroom was indian and not good. There was no garden for my children to play. The television was not working. The elevator works the water heater was also not working. I think its rating should be 0. 00001
