this Hotel service is not good Room is very dusty After request they send one old man for cleaning my room My booking is 3 nights but after one day I changed hotel Very bad experience from Hotel and I spent more money because I am immediately transfer my family to other hotel Now I am not further book my any trip form You app

basic kitchen is also not available very big disappointment . Hotel is not maintained amenities not working like swimming pool not functional and even the hot water in room is only in morning and no service staff available for room service .

Hotel is in bad shape and very poor ambience.Walls are dirty, Resturant in bad shape, no food choice, unhygienic and pathetic room service. TV not working. No towels in room etc etc.

booked gold room but get silver due to maintenance, hot water not available, breakfast and dinner was good, they added mineral water charges extra but it is show free in amenities

The food was absolutely delicious— served hot. Every dish was well-prepared and satisfying. Special thanks to the service boy, who was exceptionally polite and attentive. He made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal and provided excellent service with a friendly smile. Great experience overall!

No proper service , condition very poor. Glass are bad smelling , coffee extremely poor. Have to ask every time like give water bottle, give me tooth kit , towel everything. No hot water in taps

so 1st of all The rooms are not as mentain as the Price and the Facilities are also not provided as per there given List No WiFi I had to ask for more than 3 Times for just water And in room there was a big Rat also Overall I'm not as satisfied as I want to my expectations I'm disappointed

the Hotel is luxurious just by the name and fall short by service , the hotel rooms are not well maintained, they are just average , the bath tub was broken, the hand wash was just the worst quality, bathroom taps were not even working properly, they had time window for hot water bath which was not even hot but just made 2 degree above room temperature, i asked for bottled water for almost 10-15 times, even after telling them at reception they saying the bottle will reach you in 2 mins yet no one came , eventually i got it ordered from swiggy as there was no store nearby, there was no food option available and it is priced 10 times higher for a below average buffet , in the buffet they served 2 sabji options both veg with dal rice and roti and noodles and Manchurian in chinease and they charged 500 rs per person, the pool is dry you cant enjoy that, disappointed with the service i went out for dinner instead of having it in the hotel, dont stay at this place

Food was good and location was very satisfying due to proximity of the highway. Only problem was with less staff and housekeeping, not able to maintain the huge property

Staff needs to be professional, rooms are less maintained, AC was not working, no amenities were provided.

For a place that markets itself as "luxury," the reality was far from it. The staff were polite but clearly overwhelmed and poorly trained. I waited nearly 45 minutes to check in. The room itself? Outdated and poorly cleaned. This was supposed to be a relaxing, luxury getaway. Instead, it felt like an overpriced budget hotel with a fancy name.

i would like to have a refund as i booked a golf club room, and they gave me silver, which was really bad hygiene was not at all maintained. no service at all.

Property is not at all maintained. Food breakfast was covered with thousands of flies roaming around. Bedsheets were dirty. Rooms not clean. Pathetic. Un coperative and careless staff ruined the place. Such a beautiful Property is in shambles.
