    The location of the hotel is good, But the cleaning in the room is not good-The hotel is providing dirty pillows and blankets. Hot water available only night time. Breakfast also not provided as per staying expenses.

    Stay was average overall. On the first day, the ac was not working properly. On the second day the hot water was not coming in the morning. Food was not good in terms of quality and it was costly as per the quality.

    Hi 5 is good hotel, for food i would give 5 out of 5 but there are few areas where they can improve like, tv in the room is old and should be replaced with new ones, wifi reception is really bad and new router with more coverage shall be added.

    Worst hotel to stay- no value for money

    The staff is very rude. When asked for basic amenities like towels or napkins- they give an excuse saying everything is in laundry. Despite having breakfast included and the timing starts 7 am it didn’t start until 8am because their so called chef wasn’t available. It is the worst place to stay.

    The room allotted had cockroaches. We complained room changed. We came to the next allotted room late in the night. Ac not working. Still we managed as it's winter now. Next day morning found out the television screen was out of order. Wow what a stay.
