Great Location, Room for Improvement
I recently stayed at this hotel in Nashik, which is conveniently located near Panchavati. The hotel's proximity to this sacred site was a major plus, making it an ideal choice for pilgrims and tourists alike. ### The Good - *Location*: The hotel's location is excellent, with Panchavati just a short distance away. The surrounding area is bustling with shops, eateries, and temples, making it easy to get around. - *Rooms and Washrooms*: The rooms and washrooms were spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind. The cleanliness was satisfactory, and the staff was friendly and helpful. ### The Not-So-Good - *Bedding and Amenities*: Unfortunately, the bedding and other amenities were not up to the mark. The beds were uncomfortable, and the linens were of poor quality. Very average property for average people it was certainly a wrong Choice as the pics were misleading pathetic breakfast on the terrace looked like some free food distribution going on......only it was close to panchwati nothing else

Rooms not as per booking
While booking rooms pic shown was spacious. And room provided was much smaller. This is happening almost every time i book . Hotels preference is direct booking.

Terrible Stay
i booked delux room but the room they offered under the name of delux room was very poor, small n dirty. with broken locks, no locker, no cupboard . they mentioned many things in delux room but there was hardly few thjngs. i have to compromise my one night stay there bcoz i was wd my daughter and alone to book other hotel in urgency. its good that treeebo group helped me in giving back my refund of remaining days. i m thankfull to treebo group for that. but nasik treebo prasha is not my choice now.

Terrible Stay
Breakfast offered is a trikle. Hardly one item. Packed tea or coffee. No option of early packing of breakfast. No restaurant. So have to eat in open at nearby dhaba/cafe. Electricity gone one day. Generator did not have diesel. So had to wait an hour for the electricity to come. The mattress on bed was terrible and uncomfortable. Common toilets were unclean. Staff were fine. But they had limited options and had to always hear a polite no. The rooms are not sound proof. And any talking outside have to bear with the sound. Specially if there is a function on 1st floor banquet. Not recommended.

Great and well maintained
I had a great stay at tribe prasha. Room was clean and well maintained. However, bedsheets were not clean, which was disappointing also limited menus in the breakfast. Despite that, i would still consider staying here again due to other positive aspects of my stay

Extremely third class hotel. Unclean toilets, bedsheets having hairs as if not changed, towels like dusters, breakfast most pathetic and entrance as if its a lodge. Had booked it looking at the name treebo but i guess local hotels would have been better.
