it is not hotel or lodge just a building rented out. no room service,no tv ,no geyser,no help to the customer. poor very poor.

During the stay the room was good the services were way poor than I imagined no proper cleaning cockroaches roaming around freely in room geyser not working told them to change the bedsheet as they were looking stained we politely ask them to change but they just did nothing and this is after complaining them 4 times

It is a very nice hotel and the service is also great. The hotel workers treat the customers very well.

Totally Pathetic experience 1. Rooms and Lobby are to Dirty everywhere you will see used water and colddrink bottles 2. Person Was on Desk asking me for late check-out charges as 750 , even though in my booking receipt It is mentioned that It is complimentary for me. 3. In Room TV is not facing towards the bed , and also TV Wasn't working at all , when I complaint to reception guy he said " Sir wo bandh hi hai chalu nahi hoga " so rude , amenities which were mentioned in booking voucher of MMT was not available in room ...no electric kettle , no water to drink nothing .....when I asked about this he rudely said " this is not 5star hotel. 4. Fan in the room was completely shaking and making loud noise so I Unable to sleep. 6. When is Wake up @ 6:45 am Water in the bathroom wasnt available, When I asked at reception they first asked my room number and tha Says" Pure nasik me pani nai aa raha hai , 2 hours lagega" 7. When I asked about Breakfast he said room me ayega 9 baje. I immediately checked out that hotel early morning.....so it was horrible experience, not recommended even for free.

hotel is in very dirty area and from reception to room all area was dirty also bedsheet and bedcover and toilet and washroom was dirty.

ok experience becoz room mein kide thai chair rakhi thi na... washroom bhi clean nhi tha... bed pe chadar thi purani kide usmein thai... nid nahi aai... tv wah bhi chalu nhi... kya charge Kiya itna Paisa pata nhi... 1 day stay par not good experience...

Nice hotel. Very good staff. And hospitality is next level at this price. Amenities are ok considering the price point and staff behaviour and helpful nature makes it very nice stay. Walking distance from all the good restaurants and nashik railway station.

Google location is completely wrong for this hotel. This mislead the booking. Geyser not working. Placed in very crowded area.

This was my first worst experience, Hot water not working, black used bed sheets, AC was not working. To use hot water was giving the used room. Can’t even stay in that hotel for more than 2 hrs. I strongly recommend you to remove the hotel from your listing.

location was not good as hotel is above hospital and cannot able to find where is hotel second thing is staff was all the time absent from front desk. third they didn't serve us our dinner as they don't have kitchen though it is included in teriff. fourth room was very dirty no hygiene maintained by the hotel. waste my money in low graded hotel with lots of mosquito s in the room.

Room was clean and bedsheets were quite dirty, you know OYO. Water was available 24 hours but there was no hot water. Staff were quite friendly. I would say my stay was average not a great experience.

It was a nice place for staying with family. Only the thing that I have faced during my staycation was the electricity problem. It could be better as per my experience. Staffs were good and helpful.

make my trip booking in one location, but booking happen in other location. it's un wanted time spend. and transport from super hotel - nashik road to near bytco hospital super hotel. That hotel don't have power and water. after 3hrs discussion finally I got alternate property. it's totally waster my time. worst experience with make my trip.

Very bad experience i had they don’t have power backup i guess. Full night power fluctuation and lift also not working. They give room on 5th floor. This is terrible they don’t bothered about guests . Ask hotel to return money.I want my payment refund.

Room was not as shown in images. Service is very poor no staff was available to give services any time. Beding and bedsheets was in terrible condition. Staff was not coordinating even after communicating so many time for basic room facility

Unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the stay. From check-in to check-out, there was a clear lack of hospitality and concern for guest comfort. The room hcheckoutng, unpleasant odor, and despite raising the issue, nothing was done to fix it. The lift was not working during the entire stay, which was a major inconvenience, especially with luggage. The bathroom was in poor condition — dirty, poorly maintained, and not up to basic hygiene standards. Breakfast was another letdown. It was not served on time, and what was offered lacked both variety and quality. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location, which is well connected and convenient. However, that alone does not make up for the poor service and overall experience.

Pathetic response. Not suitable for the family. It’s oyo, low grade oyo. Staff don’t reply properly and egoist. Don’t come.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The biggest issue was the level of cleanliness—or complete lack of it. The washrooms were extremely dirty, with stains, foul smells, and what looked like mold in the corners. It was clear they hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. Even worse, the pillow covers and bed covers were filthy. There were visible stains, making it obvious they hadn’t been changed or washed before my stay. It felt unhygienic and made it almost impossible to get a good night's sleep. I requested new linen, but the staff seemed indifferent and barely responded. They showed no concern for hygiene or guest comfort, and their attitude was dismissive throughout my stay. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially for a place that claims to provide hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, no matter the price or location. Cleanliness and basic hygiene should be non-negotiable, and this place failed miserably. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you care about your health and well-being during your stay. Definitely not worth the money or the discomfort.

The hotel was cozy and quiet, perfect for a romantic vacation. The staff was kind and always ready to help.
