Room not good, not furnished, bathroom not cleaned, Daily cleaning not done, hot water not coming

Not good Even they didn't provide water also.

Pathetic condition of room. I won't come here again. Pungent smell coming. Bathroom is hell dirty. Doors broken.

Nobody available at reception during check-in. Room was dirty, dusty, broken furnitures, broken wash basin, dirty bedsheets, dirty restroom walls and floor. Stayed for 3 days and not once they cleaned my room or cleared waste bin. Reception staff are good. Some good food available right below the building which is non-veg and to adjacent side nonveg hotel. Location wise it's in centera. They have car parking available. Suitable only for people to stay during any highway car breakdown or any emergency. Reasonable price. But book directly

Served a comfortable stay cleanliness well maintained. The professional staff team. The decorum embodied with silence.

Location is good. No place to park your car. Staff is vey polite but very very illiterate. Tv is not working properly. Room is average. Ac is working but remote is not available. Bathroom is ok. No hot water.

It was really unpleasant stay room was so dirty. Bedsheet and blanket was also smelling very bad washroom was so dirty

Price was a bit higher according to amenities, water given in mineral water bottle but seal was broken, tv was not working, third mattress provided was not good, otherwise spacious and clean room

Very poor service. Ac not working. Bathroom in pathetic condition. Lazy and rude staff. Nothing is good in hotel. Mm t shoud ban booking of this hotel.

Television. Service cable service not up to the mark. No sports and marathi channels. Only free channels. After asking for the same. There was a rude behaviour from reception telling sabko ye ho hai channels. Then why to suffer after booking ac delux room. Very much upset.

Don't recognise this hotel radhika this hotel staff & hotel management totally stupid guy's my personal experience is totally horrible experience

This hotel is located in very nice location on the mumbai agra highway but this hotel staff are not good treat & no neat and cleaness

When i went there for check in they already given my room to other person n they don't have any other ac room, no drinking water, room not clean, very bad services

The hotel was good accommodated extra 1 person on the last moment with extra charge but gave a bigger room for us, cleanliness is average but still ok for the price charged
