I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Here are the issues I faced during my stay: 1. I was given a small 170 sq. ft. room, even though I had booked a 269 sq. ft. room. 2. The bedsheet was extremely dirty, as if it hadn’t been washed for months. 3. The towels were filthy and completely worn out, like they had been used for years. 4. The room was full of mosquitoes, and I couldn’t sleep the entire night. 5. The washroom window mirror was half broken, making the inside of the washroom easily visible from outside — a serious privacy concern. 6. During winter, the water tank was not working, and there was no hot water in the shower. The hotel management told me to use another guest’s room for bathing! 7. The hotel staff’s attitude was extremely poor and unhelpful. 8. Despite multiple complaints, the management refused to give me another room, taking advantage of the non-refundable booking policy. 9. The hotel management is playing with customer safety and trust — even after full payment, they cheat their guests. 10. The breakfast service was terrible. The hotel mentioned that breakfast would be served at 8:30 a.m., but even by 9:00 a.m. it wasn’t ready. I asked three times, and each time they just said it would be delayed — without any prior information to guests. Overall: Very poor staff service, unprofessional behavior, untimely breakfast, broken washroom mirror (no privacy), no hot water in the shower during winter, smaller room provided than what was booked, and dirty bedsheets with bad odor. I even had to use another room just to take a bath, while the management didn’t seem to care how uncomfortable and disappointed I was. Highly disappointed — not recommended at all.

Room bedsheet, pillow & bathroom towel seen so many stains & spots & smell very badly. No soap, Sampoo & hand wash available in room.

They are showing breakfast including. but providing only 1 & 2 items like poha & all. very poor service for food. In room not providing any water boiler for tea & all

I stayed here for one night and had an overall great experience. The staff were polite, professional, and very helpful. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Food quality was impressive — simple, tasty, and satisfying. There were a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning The Wi-Fi was down during my stay, which meant the smart TV didn’t work either. The hot water (geyser) wasn't working in part of the building during checkout, which was a bit frustrating as I had a long journey ahead. The staff did apologize, but I’d recommend offering small gestures or compensations in such cases — it leaves a much better impression than just saying “sorry.” Tips: Gold rooms are slightly compact but perfect for 1–2 people. If you’re coming with a group, go for the Platinum or Diamond rooms. Breakfast was a bit limited, but the staff was transparent and courteous about it. Despite these small issues, I would recommend staying here. It’s a well-run place with great service just needs to tighten a few loose ends. Great stay overall! The staff was polite, rooms were clean, and the food was absolutely amazing — tasty, affordable, and a must-try. Drinks were available, and room service was quick and efficient. Some small issues: Wi-Fi was down, so the smart TV didn’t work. Hot water wasn’t available during checkout, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was a bit limited but decent. Tip: Gold rooms are compact but fine for 1–2 people. For groups, go for Platinum or Diamond. Still, I’d highly recommend this place — especially for the food and hospitality. A few fixes and this would easily be a 5-star stay!

So bad!! Firstly the water tab was broken We still didn’t said anything Then the landline was not working We have to go down to reception to order food After that water was not coming Again we have to go down and inform them Next day they charged more amount for food and drinks which we didn’t even order

Our experience at Hotel Maharaja, Nashik on the night of May 24th, 2025, was deeply disturbing and unsafe. We had booked two rooms in advance through MakeMyTrip and were traveling from Hyderabad. Despite reaching the hotel late at around 10:30 PM, neither of our rooms were ready, and one was only cleaned and handed over after 20 minutes. Even worse, the room door lock and the washroom lock were completely non-functional, and the staff couldn’t fix them. We were traveling with a female companion, and the lack of basic security made us feel incredibly vulnerable and unsafe. After raising a complaint through MakeMyTrip (where we were connected to a helpful representative, Mr. Satya Das), the hotel management reacted aggressively and unprofessionally. At around 12:00 midnight, the reception called and asked us to vacate the room immediately — simply because we reported the issue. This intimidating and threatening behavior, especially so late at night, caused real fear for our safety. The rudeness, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for guest safety was shocking. I strongly advise others — especially families and women travelers — to avoid this hotel. No one deserves to feel unsafe in a place that’s supposed to offer rest and comfort. We stayed in room 309 & 310

staff was good but mentation in hotal not good bathroom is not working and good food extra bed quality so bed

The stay was really good. Staff is polite and helpful. The service was also very quick. Breakfast menu options were very basic. But taste was really good. We had poha, misal pav, bread butter, fruits, tea & coffee. Location is also quite good. Many tourists spots are very close like in 6-7 km radius. Trimbkeshwar is 27 kms from here. All n all it was a good stay.

We where there for a stay in hotel maharaja nashik for two days but we were done with their service within a few hours as the service was pathetic we ordered food for dinner which was delivered 1 hr late as they have told us it would be served within 15 min for which we waited almost 1hr later we waited for two water bottles around 30 min when we asked them what is an issue they continously told us that there is no staff due to some function bt what's our fault in that second day when we asked to cancel the booking they didn't even tried their best also they totally ignored us.

worst hotel to stay in there was no electricity and water.staff was not helpful at all has to call multiple times for any service. no towels or dental kit was provided had to ask for it.overall would not suggest anyone to stay over there

first thing you notice is the dirty bedsheets ! second clueless staff ! third broken bathroom fittings! please dont book here ! i had to complaint multiple times bus there was no solution at all

Clean and good rooms equipped with all the necessities. Very polite staff. Didn’t take much time for check-in and check-out. Fast responding staff. Food was great too. Overall, it was a good experience and would like to consider this stay when planning to go to Nashik again.

Room is extremely small, kettle was provided on request but tea kit was Not provided, unable to sleep due to mosquito . When asked for good night unit, they provided mosquito repellent Agarbati. Staffs were very helpful and tried their best to make us comfortable. Breakfast was very limited only 2 veg dishes, when asked for egg, they explained that it is generally not provided.

hotel location is good but the room was not clean properly washroom was wet and as you mentioned the ameneties we could'nt get that the directly refuse us to give they even had not provide a water bottle. we say its not value for money . we're requested for some decoration in the room they were said that we can't provide you anything not a single towel art . and the linen was not fresh 😞 we just had bad experience
