I stayed here for one night and had an overall great experience. The staff were polite, professional, and very helpful. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Food quality was impressive — simple, tasty, and satisfying.
There were a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning
The Wi-Fi was down during my stay, which meant the smart TV didn’t work either.
The hot water (geyser) wasn't working in part of the building during checkout, which was a bit frustrating as I had a long journey ahead.
The staff did apologize, but I’d recommend offering small gestures or compensations in such cases — it leaves a much better impression than just saying “sorry.”
Tips:
Gold rooms are slightly compact but perfect for 1–2 people.
If you’re coming with a group, go for the Platinum or Diamond rooms.
Breakfast was a bit limited, but the staff was transparent and courteous about it.
Despite these small issues, I would recommend staying here. It’s a well-run place with great service just needs to tighten a few loose ends. Great stay overall! The staff was polite, rooms were clean, and the food was absolutely amazing — tasty, affordable, and a must-try. Drinks were available, and room service was quick and efficient.
Some small issues: Wi-Fi was down, so the smart TV didn’t work. Hot water wasn’t available during checkout, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was a bit limited but decent.
Tip: Gold rooms are compact but fine for 1–2 people. For groups, go for Platinum or Diamond.
Still, I’d highly recommend this place — especially for the food and hospitality. A few fixes and this would easily be a 5-star stay!
