The stay was really very good. Felt at home.The hosts were very friendly n helpful.arranged rickshaw for sight seeing instantly on request.The room was neat n tidy. Provided coffee in d morning on payment basis.Had a jovial chit chat for about half an hour before leaving them. Altogether me n my wife have had happy moments at Monarch Holidays.🙏

The stay was beautiful, warm and nice. The people staying in the villa are from Mumbai- Sindhi and are very sweet. You will truly feel at home.

Its a home stay, hosted by a sweet Sindhi couple. Nice, comfortable. For food you will have to rely on a plethora of restaurants near by.

Very spacious, homely, bungalow, friendly host, clean neat, centrally located, quiet surroundings, does not include breakfast.

Location is good if you have a car at your disposal. Away from city but close to sula vineyards 4km and about 27km from trimbakeshwar. Owner is very hospitable and welcoming. Two diffrent units (rooms) for guests on first floor of a duplex villa. Rooms are decently decored. Caretaker family lives in ground floor. My only issue was lack of privacy as there is no independent access for guests rooms and one has to use the back entrance of ground floor through the kitchen. You have to leave room unlocked while going out. It reminded of pg druing student days minus the strcit rules of timing. If you have a car then food is not a problem as there are several restaurants within couple of kilometers.

It was just average with very basic service and overworked due some marriage functions night before food was basic with very little options not worth for the price which i paid

We did not stay there, though we booked looking at the good description and photos. We were also happy with the location of the property. One day prior to reaching there, we called the owners and were informed that the room is on the first floor and there is no lift. Also, we were not very sure that help would be readily available to take luggage upstairs. As we are quite senior citizens, we informed the owners that we would not take the room. booked this for us as a non-refundable booking. So, cancellation is of no use. We did request the owners to consider giving us a refund, if possible. We suggest, if you do not have much luggage, can take it upstairs on your own and have no problem climbing stairs, you could go in for this.

i would recommend stay at monarch holiday if you wanted to visit sula / soma vineyard as its 15 mins drive from this place. mtdc boating is also very close from this place. apart from this owner of this apartment is very coperative and they provide nice service to their customer...very good place under 4k to stay in nashik...

It's a residential bangalow and owner is staying at ground floor and on 1st floor there is 2 rooms for guest. Kitchen is common for owner and guest. Owner (couple) both are very cooperative and gentleman. Though food service is not available in property, snaks, tea is available and lunch is available on request. There is no tv or wifi available at room. But at ground floor in hall smart tv as well as wifi is available. There is multiple plug points so connect multiple devices for charging or connection. All electric fittings are excellent. Those who want to stay like home, or feel like 2nd home then this property is excellent.

This is a beautiful house. The host are nice & helpful people. Property located in quite & safe residential area. The rooms were clean. Only tv was not there in the room. In the common room one can use it. Kitchen was accessible. Overall very good exp.

This place is really good and great hygiene and cleanliness is maintained by the host. Host is really supportive and helpful for guiding for any support required during the stay

It was a good stay at the Nashik trip. The location was very peaceful and calm. The room was also so cozy and spacious. The staff was also so very humble and cooperative. The property was suitable for everyone. Must recommend the property to others.
