Very bad stay Food is not allowed Staff is only old women I had to bring food from outside again and again

Property is under renovation. The rent is more than justified with respect to the property and room's feel

If you are looking to stay for a night with basic facilities, then it is ok. Location - good Parking Facility - not good, hardly 2-3 vehicles could be parked Ambience and other building facilities - poor (entrance is very narrow and congusted), building was under construction and there was no elevator) Room Service - Only one staff member was there as I observed Room - It was ok and very average looking. Cleanliness - it was average, towels weren't that clean, toilet was ok)

It was a good experience. The stay was decent and no complaints

Stayed for only one night. This hotel is small but good. Clean bed and bathroom with hot water for bath. Kettle for drinking only warm water is available on request. But no tea sugar sachets provided. Breakfast not included, but can be ordered separately. Hotel location is convenient, near symbiosis collage. Didn't tried food. No lift at present, but a new lift installation is in progress as hotel is under expansion. Staff good.

first look its a big hotel , the receptionist guy (somnath bajad) is extremely friendly , polite and treated us very well . The rooms are just good and clean.

Food was good, but hotel ambience needs improvement. Staff was polite but they can add breakfast option.

The location is good. Only the worst part is " no lift" the food is good, the rooms are well maintained.

Rooms are good. Hotel staff is quite co-operative. Better rates for off-line booking. Lift not available. Parking is also compromised.

I stayed in this hotel for business purpose. Rooms are spacious and housekeeping was done properly. For dinner you can go to the restaurant which is owned by hotel. Food quality is good. Good option to for stay with family and friends also.

Rooms were good, and the staff was courteous. The only concern i had with them on their kitchen services, it was dead slow and needed to remind them a couple of time to serve the food.

No hot water in winter, was asked to shower in other room unfortunately there was also no hot water, no cleanness even glass were not cleaned, kettle not working. Bad experience

The hotel is still under construction and the lift are not working so it should not have been allocated in the first place, plus the rooms are average and overpriced as it is not a luxury hotel. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were comfortable though not luxury

These are shown as 300 sq-ft rooms. They are probably half of that.

I stayed with my family for two night. Overall stay experience was good. Staff was very cooperative.

The hotel was good with neat & clean rooms, but there were few things worth mentioning. Firstly, opposite to what was promised free wi-fi was not available, secondly, there was an issue of hot water in the bathroom. We had to take hot water in a bucket on both days. .

We had booked 2 rooms for us and my senior citizen parents. The lift was not there its under construction but still t ye details were not told and rooms were allocated on second floor which caused problem room no 201 and 206. The biggest problem is that there is no transparency we had specifically asked of they have driver occupancy it's not there, but had mentioned as yes hence we booked. After full payment done when we checked the details were told which caused alot for problem for driver stay. They started arguing on call very rudely that we should adjust as it's under construction. Mr and mars ole the owner pols speak bot softly with travelers they are on fight mode. The couple almost had wwf with us. As mentioned parking space is available in reality. It's restricted to only 3 parking with more room. The best part was our food bill was 1200 they more 800 of the items that we inquired. May be done by mistake but we lost almost 30 mins in finding out why the bill amount is more. So be ready to be sherlock holmes and undertaker if you want to stay. They will full advance payment. Once the payment is done they are not concerned. We havad paid 5700 for just 1 night stay that too for 8 hrs full 1 day also not stayed still had problem in all possible way. Also pols mentione in that some part is under construction. The only advantage is it's connected in city.
