Not good service

The rooms were not clean. The first room assigned to me had it's carpet dirty, blankets dirty and shower and tap were damaged. I had to change the room.

Ok. Didn't provided all services promised while booking. Bathroom was not properly clean. Window was broken and couldn't close properly.

It was a pleasant stay. All amenities and hotel service were good. Staff was also good. We had a lovely stay

property and room were not as good as shown in photos. I did not stay in property as checkout in 5 min. My money got wasted.

Rooms not up to the mark,No fridge,only one fan in the twin room. No Cups,only one plug for charging

front office was very helpful, done arrangements for my travel to drop me @ station from hotel, as I was with my little once. But cleaning should be improve when we check in bedding was very dirty in occupancy room. Room TV was not working,bathroom was very stinky.

Room service and house keeping staff needs grooming in promptness to the requests of the guest.

This hotel good only for arranging function not for stay. Its very old set-up, breakfast is of worst quality.
