Review Of Quality Inn Regency

The property is clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Staff are polite and very professional. The location is great; close to major attractions yet peaceful. The food is delicious with good variety, especially the breakfast buffet. Must say it was a pleasant and satisfying stay!

Property is not clean. And property listing was showing bathtub in room. We booked it thinking there is a bathtub in room. Hotel management gave us room without bathtuba and told room with bathtub is not available.. Service is very late.

Very bad bathroom Dirty pool Food was just ok

The hotel is still not hygienically maintained specially toilets several moulds around. No al carte breakfast or sandwiches till 11am. Either pay for buffet breakfast or starve or order for set breakfast no choice. Rest all ok.

Rooms are not clean. Food is ok. Proprietary area also ok. But it is very old and not clean. Services are also bad

Sports section was not good,

They have provided rooms in the 1st floor which are 3rd class and very unhygienic. When went to the reception he said that next day he can help us in a better room. The rate what we have paid for this room could be rated one of the worst hotel we ever stayed in last 15 years

Room service is poor. Need to escalate matter to management as restaurant staff is untrained to handle orders for dinner. More Unfortunate was refusal to give sandwich parcel for my travel stating no service till 11am. Need to reduce rating to 2.5

The hotel had ample parking on arrival, lobby had great feel, however the rooms were exactly opposite. As soon as i entered heavy smoking smell “in a non smoking room” i also booked another room where the shower facilities were not comfortable. The rooms had dust in places, and the worst was i ordered king beds, i was given rooms with two beds put together. Sometimes when requested for a brush or soap from room service it didn’t arrive. When asked if the water provided is chargeable, one staff at the front office said yes, others said its free.

Overall service, space and food is good. The property is very old though and it shows up in some places. Breakfast by the poolside is the highlight

Quality inn regency nashik is a good place for stay for couple of days pros 1. Location- within city and key places are accessible in 10-15 min drive distance 2. Service- good service by the team. Stay was pleasant and food taste was good cons 1. Amenities- property is more of business hotel style. But, gym was under renovation and not accessible. Pool maintenance need to be improved. No other indoor outdoor games. No kids play area even though they have a lawn space. 2. Spread of buffet- quality of food was good but spread was very less. Spread need to be improved with the inclusion of desserts/ sweets. Overall a pleasant stay experience. Recommended for 1-2 nights if planning for site seeing of nashik.

Property location is good, it's on main road side. Food especially breakfast served by hotel is good and many items served by them. Room is neat and clean maintained and also spacious. Room. Service is also good. Parking is also spacious.

My stay at Quality Inn was excellent. The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean, and hygiene and safety measures were well-maintained throughout the property. The in-room dining was equally satisfying. The hotel staff were outstanding—polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, making it a delightful place to stay. I would happily return and highly recommend it to others.
