HOTEL NEW UTTAM HIRA PALACE

Stay Was good , Service from staff was good , Room Services was ok ok there was no hot water in bathroom . Food was also Okay okay . Out of Ten I would like to give seven rating . Some Recommendations for hotel arrange The New linens and try to solve Hot water problems

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely humble, polite, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more comfortable. Truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I booked this hotel hotel is very bad, room is very bad, nothing like the photo, very bad hotel, breakfast is never included, its kitchen starts at 8 am, breakfast is served at 9 am and breakfast consists of only poha and upma, whatever we pay for breakfast is too much, staying in this hotel is a waste of money

Good Location Average Room Fan speed was not good as expected The room has fan which is far away from bed

Leakage in living room, requested to change the room but no luck. AC was not working. No lift. No support for luggage movement. NOT RECOMMENDED

No room number displayed on Room Door/Front. In Night,when checked in Room,lobby was in complete dark. Was required to use phone torch light to find out room. Room was too small. Not hygienic bathroom. Towels were too too sturdy to use. No kettle and drinking water was provided. Staff was not cooperative. On intercom phone it was not pleasant to talk. Stairs are in the room. No hangers etc in wardrobe. Bar is adjacent to site. So for family and for religious purpose,not recommended.

only an average or i would say below average hotel..if you need to spent a night ..than its good... actually washrooms are not okay. room is fine

Room was not cleaned. small small insects, cockroaches in washroom. blanket was uncleaned. TV was non-operational. service was not good. it was not a pleasant one.

The bed sheet was not good the quality your very bad it was it was given torn bed sheet bathroom WC flask is not working properly and the jetspace broken

Had a good stay experience, easy approachable to all site seeing. Near to ramkund. However room was a bit smelly a need to improve hygiene in washrooms.

Besdsheet were dirty hot water not coming in bathroom also combord was very dirty without flush rooms were big but not maintained not worth for the amount i paid this type of hotel are not worth to pay more than 1200

they haven't mention that they have bar. the hotel corridors and stairs are very dark and gives unsafe vibes

Hotel was completely different what showed all rooms were dirty no cooperating staff

Hotel rooms were not clear, tv was not working, ac was not working. I booked a super deluxe room, when i completed about the issue, they gave me another room but of deluxe type. I booked with breakfast but in the morning they said breakfast is not included and you have to pay for breakfast. Overall it wasn't a good experience with the hotel. Never recovered any ones.

This hotel is nearer to the places like ramkundh, kapleshwar, kala ram mandir. As a traveller i would prefer to have toilet and bed clean. This hotel does an ok job in both. I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers.

The hotel was nice and the staff was also supportive. It is good to have a place to stay at panchvati.
