I checked in yesterday and left in an hour

Awesome. The property is perfect for exploring tourist places. The best attraction is the Godavari river Aarti near as visible from the property. Cleanliness is good. Only required to keep basic amenities like a water bottle, towel, soap, etc.

Worst service & Rooms, not maintain hygiene not giving breakfast and room service is not good, not maintain decorum

Awful room not cleaned at all even though we checked in at 6 pm. No breakfast provision, they said will bring from outside. I will share some pics for your ref

the room which i got was not having working AC neither fan was working properly also TV wasn't having recharge and above terrible thing is to was faulty not having volume, room wasn't able to lock the locak was faulty I had to keep all my stuff with another room which wad allocated to my relative so that we can go out safely . in room experience terrible location is good u have all the sightseeing near by market area but hotel needs to improve alotttttt. my.money got wasted

there is no kitchen yet shows as a breakfast option and charge for it. when contacted for the same, very poor responseproperty location also not showing in Google map as it was named something else earlier and still the same in Google map so it was quite difficult to find. Forget about amenities

Wrong address and location given by MMT. No food, even Tea. This property is Not for family and business stay. I would suggest to MMT, Please Remove from portal. it's for Oyo only

very teriable stay. staff are not good. Their behaviour to customer was very bad. Hotel ambience is not good.

The hotel is good only from outside the condition of room is bad . ac is not working , toilet not clean and flush not working, no hangar in the room , Dirty bedsheet pillow and blanket And the hotel staff behaviour is very bad one thing is good in this hotel is near in godavri panchavti ghat the view is good As per my opinion read above these before booking this hotel .

Negative:- Bad sheets are not properly cleaned. Toilet are broken. that waste our time appx one hour. Positive:- overall hotel is good , behaviour of staff is good , location of hotel is excellent.

It was really nice experience staying here as the staff itself is so good the rooms were clean too and the people here are so helpful plus the view of godavari makes everything go good a must visit

The bathroom was dirty when we checked in. We requested cleaning at that time, but it was never done – something that should have been taken care of before our arrival. There was also no dustbin in the room, and the lift was extremely inconvenient. The most disappointing experience was when, after checking out at 11:00 AM, we returned at 12:00 PM to collect our car. The hotel’s parking attendant rushed over and rudely questioned us about who allowed us to park there. Instead of focusing on such things, the staff should prioritize maintaining proper room service for their guests.
