Regarding property - washroom - dirty. All over stains. Flush not working. Room - large but suffocated. Lift - deliberately being kept off before 9:00am. Highly undesirable for senior citizens. Food - no facility of bed tea. Tea starts at 8:00 am brought from an outside restaurant. Plus point - owner is supportive.
