Scenic, Fun, and Relaxing—A Great Adventure Getaway! I had a wonderful time at SUMA Adventure & Resort! Nestled amidst lush hills and serene lakeside views, it offers a peaceful escape from the city hustle. The adventure activities were engaging and well-organized, making it a fun outing for families and friends alike. The location is definitely a highlight—beautiful and relaxing Amazing infinity pool ! The staff were attentive and courteous throughout our stay, which added a personal touch to the experience. Food quality was another strong point—tasty and satisfying.

Staff is good and well behaved, but rooms are not maintained, they need to work on it however we have washroom door issue and they changed room immidiately

Location is good but room size,facility wise not good. We did only breakfast it's on average.

The rooms are super clean with the best view to offer. Staff is friendly. Breakfast spread is also nice and we ordered dinner which was also ok. Overall very good experience must visit.

It was bad experience, property was not in good condition, I have already written my instructions at the time of booking but room size and provided update on MMT by property for bed size is not matching requirement. Also this feedback given to MMT person calling by the hotel receptionist but it looks that both are collaborated and thought there is no use speaking to any one.

Rooms are small, door lock not working, wall fan noice hole night, food quality poor. Room service not available when it was really required

The property was very good especially the rooms are lake and pool facing giving the best view. Food was also good and basic amenities provided. There are also adventure sports and indoor games for fun and entertainment. But wifi coverage is not available in rooms we have to go to the lobby for accessing wifi

Location is very good, right next to a river. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Food was good. Play area and adventure area are fun.

Firstly the key card didn't work, however they provided a key to open the door. Next there was a cockroach on the bed when we entered and few in the bathroom. The manager denied us breakfast although we had booked and paid for breakfast which was also mentioned in the confirmation voucher. The activities were fun, we did gokarting, and zip lining. View was also good and peaceful. Enjoyed the stay.

Need to improve on cleanliness. They should give some discount on adventure games for those we are have booking as compare to walk in guests. Should have ACs in sports and restaurant.
