Excellent Stay
location is good, all the staff were nice... food was good but Veg options are limited and they dont even have paneer... but their all kinds of breads were good.. and they guided where to go to have fun :)

Terrible Stay
Dinners begin after 8:30 PM. When we called the hotel to cancel our dinner, they refused to provide a refund and couldn’t even offer dinner at the earliest. Every resort dinner starts at 7:00 PM, but they couldn’t provide dinner early and refused to return our payment. We went outside and had dinner instead. They couldn’t provide dinner earlier, so why did they collect payment and why don’t mention dinner starts only after 8:30 PM when booking? This resort is ode one from all the other holes or resort on Make My Trip?

They made the stay even more special. The pool is simply magnificent — clean, well-maintained, and the perfect spot to just float and forget the world. Overall, this place is a sanctuary of calm — ideal for recharging, slowing down, and just being. Can’t wait to return.

Amazing stay at Raindrops Resor
Had an amazing stay at Raindrops Resort! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the views were absolutely stunning. Great food, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Felt like living in middle of jungle and amidst the nature, it was near the market areas and view was same like everywhere

good experience
Spacious rooms, nature vibes. Covered with trees all around, the villa and was clean and cozy. There were bugs in the bathroom and pipes were to be repaired. We had hot water problem with the jacuzzi ... but other than that everything was great.

The room was normal, but the service was not good. The food was below average.There were no rooms for drivers.Not worth for money.

A nature's retreat
We got a wonderful opportunity to stay at Raindrops Resort. The stay was very comfortable, we really liked the interiors and the layout of the place and the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The manager, vipin was kind to upgrade our stay upon our arrival since we were the only ones staying at the property. They made sure we had everything we needed and were well looked after. The manager was considerate to host a birthday celebration which was a sweet surprise, complete with a milk cake. The meals at the resort were delectable, we highly recommend trying the varutharacha kozhi curry with ghee rice. The menu had a lot of options to choose from and has been curated really well. We thoroughly enjoyed the guided nature walk in the evening on the day we checked-in which involved trailing among the pepper, cocoa and coffee plantations around the estate and sunset point. Everyone at the resort were very hospitable and there were some activities to enjoy as well. The location was very close to all the places we wanted to visit which included the muthanga wildlife sanctuary park, eddakal caves and kanthanpara waterfalls. I would highly recommend staying here during your trip to wayanad, it's a nice little escape into a eco-friendly nature resort away from the hussle bussle of a city life.

coupleWhat a place and experience. I would say everything there was perfect. The food, staff, place, cleanliness, room etc. What we loved most was the food, it was super delicious. Also the hospitality of the staff need a call out. The room was so clean and neat, kudos to the housekeeping people. The resort was perfectly blended in nature, such a lovely place. We're thrilled with the overall service at rain drops resort. The food, rooms, and ambience were outstanding. It was a serene escape into nature. While the staff could improve their professionalism, possibly due to being new or inexperienced, it's still a fantastic option for families or couples. We had a wonderful time. The place was good and service was good. Staff were super friendly. Not a lot of rules for my pet either. Great location. Not too interiors. Peaceful stay.

Good Stay
Location and food is very good. The services i would say excellent where they keep checking in often regarding food, delivery and room cleanliness. Amenities need to be added in terms of play area. Swimming pool was superb, our kid enjoyed a lot.
