Stay was really nice. Food is good, cottages are quite exotic with all amenities, spacious. Staff is very polite and helpful. They will also help you if you need any travel assistance to nearby tourist locations. They have adventure activities also in morning such as zipline and a well maintained swimming pool too.

Property has excellent ambience, neat and clean rooms with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The staff are polite and courteous, clean and spacious pool, food was good in both buffet and room service. Overall an excellent place to unwind and relax.

They dont have telephones, no sleepers, pillows have fungus, so many mosquitoes, bad breakfast, geyser not working, monkeys can enter in your room, pools dont have changing room, road to the resort is pathetic, hospitality is fine though but the resort is in very poor condition, no one at the dining area to take orders, their timelines to order food is very pathetic, they ask to order lunch in early morning itself.

Location and ambience of hotel was awesome, only felt that there was short of staff and room utilities were not clean like towel was torn and had yellow patches. But overall the location and rooms are really nice.

Great Resort and the staff jerry is very caring

Excellent location. Reasonably good resort. Really it is amidst forest in the mid of the town. But access from main road to hotel is tough, if we come by a taxi with a local driver no problem. Complimentary breakfast is average only with bread toast and either idiyaapam or puttu. During summers electricity is a problem. Spacious rooms which are convenient for a family of 4 people. Cleanliness needs to be addressed. Managers incharge Mr. Jerry and Mr.Nithin are helpful. Reasonably good hotel for a family for a short stay, if you don't expect luxury.

Road to the resort to be maintained a little bit.

The resort is not far from the Kalpetta center and has a very peaceful surrounding right in the middle of a lush green coffee plantation. The rooms are all individual cottage with a private balcony and has a very rustic feeling. You get the feeling of staying right in the middle of a jungle. The place has a very rustic feeling to it. The rooms are well maintained and surprisingly there were no insects inside the room despite being in a natural location. The staff was very helpful as well. The food served was also good enough and made to order.
The room was very spacious and well maintained. The balcony had a very lovely view and the overall stay in the resort was very peaceful due to the beautiful natural surroundings. Would definitely recommend to others.

Loved the location and the cottages in the middle of a forest. The food cooked here was not that great.
