Good budget stay
Its a good budget stay in thekkady if you just want a comfortable. Location is great in term of location and access to local restras. Its very next to ticket booking center for boat safari. Host was very humble & helpful. All veg non veg meal options they cook for the guests.

Terrible Stay
The guben room is with slinky smell. Insect is there in room. At night there is power supply cut and they have generator then also they haven't started. The owner of property kept their aged father in law for night duty. Due to power cut my family is not able to sleep whole night. That is why I have checked out from there very next day in morning. He also refused to refund me the 1 day amount. I have paid for two days. I have paid rupees for two days and he not ready to give 1 day refund money because I have checked out before 1 day because of the poor room condition and basic needs. Please suggest the owner to remove palace word from property mame. Because of such property get goodwill damage. So I request you to black list such property and also request you to refund my 1 day money if possible. Because for such a property the pee day charges should be not more than Rupees 800.00 At last I lost double money by booking another hotel at thekkady by giving extra money. On 9th Dec afternoon @ 3:59 pm (one day before checkin, you called me to (stay one night only for 10th Dec) - (you already decided one night stay. I said you were unable to modify the changes from my side and informed you to contact them (customer service) because you booked three months before with us (free to modification period was finished three days before checkin. For this reason, I informed you. Regarding the power cut (we have four lines, one line was late night low voltage on 10th. While you ring to me about the power issue, same time I informed to Mr. Basha and he are on the generator for power. I gave you Mr. Basha number and informed about anything issue contact him and show you his staying room. We did our part. Also, the aunt issue, I informed you to change the other room to stay, you can do to modify. My uncle also discussed with you, but you refused to take another room and informed him to stay in the existing booked room. Regards, Quadiriya Palace Family
Excellent accommodating at thekkad
familyI recently stayed at hotel quadriya palace during my visit to thekkady, and it was a delightful experience! this budget-friendly accommodation is located conveniently near the thekkady forest, making it an excellent choice for families looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, with options for both double and triple beds, which is perfect for larger families or groups. Hot water is available, adding to the convenience. The staff, especially mr. Mohamed yunoos, were incredibly polite and helpful. Mr. Yunoos's exceptional service and assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast options were limited but delicious, and the quality of the food was impressive. Parking facility is available. Hotel staff will also assist in arranging jeep safaris and taxis for visiting nearby attractions. Overall, hotel quadriya palace provides a great balance of comfort, service, and affordability. I highly recommend it for families planning a trip to thekkady. Looking forward to staying here again!

Nice property
Awesome property. Middle of the sightseeing locations. Good room. Mr younoos was very welcoming and very cooperative. Really enjoyed the stay. Parking facility for driver was there. Feels like homely stay.

Excellent Stay
Room is small, no exhaust in toilet. But hospitality is excellent, behaviour of owner and associates is very warm and helpful. Food supplied was homely and fresh. I recommend it.

Very comfortable stay, very apt location
We stayed for two nights there. Very good location, just around 500 metres away from the entrance checkpost at thekkady. Rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The hospitality of mr. Yoonoos and mr. Bash a was admirable. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay very much.

Roof top are best at this place but when we need hot water then wait for 2 hour because it's take a yogi time. Night time review

Excellent place to stay
I find a very good human being and friend from this home stay. I was blank when i planned a trip to kumily and booked the home stay, got to know mr. Yunoos cont-ant number. He suggested to visit the place and also booked most of the ticket for me and simplified my life easier. Highly recommend.
