Property is located on the top of a mountain.Location is Great. Food will get from the property with extra cost and it is very tasty. Vishal bhai is making the food in his style.Small suggestion is that please maintain the rooms with some more clean. I think some painting works will make it better. The area of the rooms is very spacious.

This property is located on the top of the hill. The view from the property is great. Mr. Anandu is the manager. He is very polite and of helping nature. Only the roads to the property are to be improved and roads are very stiff.

we were total 4 adult and 4 kids under 13 years, location is good, rooms, lobby, washroom was clean and spacious, food was superb.

The hotel is good for family stay pros spacious rooms, clean rooms and bathroom, 24 hours hot water, enough parking space, complimentary breakfast is made by a nearby house which is tasty and fresh, caretaker anant is very well mannered and supportive, reasonable rent, family friendly atmospere cons two road to the property, one of them is 2km steep which should be covered in first gear, the other one is ok. Property is 5km away from kumily town, tv channels were not working, bed is not that comfortable, pillow is very thin, no wifi. Overall the homestay is good for family and view from the hotel is awsome.

The location of the property is too good. Roads to reach the property are in bad condition and roads are very stiff. Mr. Anand is the manager of the property who is very polite. Overall excellent property location wise and maintenance wise.

The stay itself was good with a nice view overlooking the town. The price they charge for including breakfast seemed a little much, for what was served. The property caretaker was of excellent assistance. Also, the power went off early in the morning and didn't come back until we checked out, but it wasn't a problem because of the pleasant weather. Many thanks.

The room is good, but they are asking for an extra rs. 500 for the room at the time of vacate and we order dinner there and they serve at 10. 30pm. The food is very average.

2. Overall good but. We have only one bathroom for 10 people that was really shocking. The facilities provided also not upto the mark. It's only an average stay.

Room was nice clean and good, but there was severe power failure throughout the day and even generator was not working. Also the location provided to reach there was hell. Our car tyre was about to burst as the road was not at all in a good condition

Our stay was just excellent, we've enjoyed our trip, hotel located in a hilltop having wonderful valley view, even the periyar lake. Crews there are good enough and tgey made great food

It was nice. Nothing spl, but its really recommendable, nice view from the property, good food, excellent staffs, clean and comfortable room. We will go again, location is just awesome.
