This message concerns a personal article inadvertently left behind at your establishment, for which a subsequent request for courier service was regrettably declined. Specifically, a blanket was forgotten in the room, and a request was made for its dispatch to our current accommodation in Munnar. However, this request was refused, with the hotel citing a temporary shortage of staff attributed to an ongoing festival. This unforeseen inability to retrieve the item presents a significant inconvenience and an unresolved matter.

This was one of the worst hotel stays we have ever experienced. When we entered, there was no electricity, and power only came after 5 PM. After a long journey, not being able to even rest properly was unacceptable. The so-called amenities were a complete scam. There was no water heater, no dental kits, and the kitchen was nothing like the pictures — dirty, poorly maintained, and absolutely pathetic. The property description is totally misleading and feels like a trap for customers. We felt cheated, uncomfortable, and completely let down. The entire stay was filled with inconvenience and suffering. Overall, this hotel is a fraud, should be avoided at all costs.

We booked based on what were described and also the pictures. But what we get was totally dissatisfying. Not worth and simply terrible and feel being cheated.

really nice stay at puthenkot homestay. the location was perfect, with easy access .the room was cozy and clean. the kitchen had all the essentials. (gas stove, fridge etc..).i highly recommend puthenkot homestay to anyone looking for a warm and inviting place to stay.. a big thank you to the hosts🙏

First of all i got a room without atv. Then i asked them to give a room with tv then i got it. After that i found a raw fish in my fridge. The towels were really dirty. The hangers are all broken. And the most important thing is that they don't have a generator when current is gone. There was no electricity for 2 hours in my stay. How can anyone tolerate this?

The stay at puthenkot homes was really memorable and great experience. With great connectivity and well behaved staff. I would recommend the stay to all my family and friends coming to kochi. The place was clean and hygienic as well.

Place is clean. That’s the only usp. Only 1 room has ac. No mirror. No dustbin. No wardrobe. Place is suitable for bachelors. Not family.

The apartments were fully furnished with complete utilities like wifi and tv, had all the setup for cooking as well

I recently stayed at puthenkot homes in aluva, cochin. I booked a bhk room for 4 people and i was thoroughly impressed with the management for keeping both the bedrooms including washrooms clean, well maintained, and equipped. The location is just 10 mins away from aluva railway station. Overall we had a good experience and if i had to come back to aluva in future i would definetly book rooms here again. Highly recommended!
