very clean property. great caretaker!

excellent stay near cherai! we stayed with family here.. Though the stay was short, we really enjoyed every bit of it. clean rooms, kid friendly surroundings and superb location. the caretaker is also very kind person and eager to help you. room has all the required amenities in perfect shape. we would have loved to stay longer here if we hadn't planned other things. next time we are in or near kochi, this is the place to stay for sure..!!

Had a wonderful time with ev stay z on our trip to kochi. Host was very friendly and the villa made the time spent here worthwhile. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely a great option for family.

Simply awesome place to stay for family and friends. Ideal for 7-8 people with full privacy. A completely child friendly environment. Well maintained property. We went for a short vacation to kochi along with our 10 month old daughter and we have booked our entire stay here. The stay is very close to wonderful beaches of cherai and it was really pleasant and calm experience for us. The owner abraham was friendly and provided suggestions on the places to visit. Also, the care taker mohan was very helpful by providing all the amenities and since we had a 10 month old kid, we got the food prepared for our kid in the kitchen within the stay. I would definitely recommend this stay for everyone planning for a leisure trip and especially if you are a family with kids

The stay was excellent and the staff there was much cooperative... Well maintained rooms. The added free breakfast was also good. They had multiple food options kerala style.. The hospitality was so good, that I'm choosing this stay again.. ❤️

This is an excellent location for a leisurely outing with your family. The staff members are extremely courteous and i must commend abraham for his outstanding hospitality and assistance. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Additionally, it is worth mentioning that the distance to cherai beach is a mere 3 kilometers, which can be reached in just 10 minutes.

It was a good experience, they have 3 cottages, privet for each family. Clean and calm atmosphere. Caretaker is so polite, responsible and friendly. Owner also took care into reaching the destination. Totally good vibe and night vibe is extraordinary. Its just 2 km away from beach. But i felt it more peaceful than the beach side stays.
