Worst stay.no water and will not Recommend to families

Worst room ever, the ac was not cooling the room smelled. After sometime water starting falling from ac like shower the floor was all wet, and they just refilled tap water in bottle and gave us

Location is superb. Near to Edapally Junction. I booked 2Bhk for 2 people as they won't mention 1Bedroom option is not Single or studio apartment they provide only one room in 2 Bhk or 3Bhk (it's not mentioned anywhere while booking) ,you have to share the COMMON KITCHEN AREA LIVING AREA AND DINING AREA. No cooling feature in AIR CONDITIONING for both bedrooms.i think they are not servicing properly. you won't get any Gas stove or induction stove as they provide Kettle only when you ask for it. There is a water purifier with power ON all the time but you won't get water.For water too you have to ask.There is no Heater in both bathrooms as they have provided power switches everywhere.Towels and bedsheets looks brand new 10 YEARS AGO when they brought it.Overall stay was pleasant as i got fever and AC was perfect as it won't cool. Living area sofa is all torn as they brought it from OLX. Dining Table was utterly not clean before I logged in.

Spacious rooms. Felt like home, in a calm and peaceful neighbourhood. It takes a 10min walk to reach here from edapally metro station.

The stay was very comfortable. The staff were friendly but if the washroom could be better. Overall i had a pleasant stay which was even budget friendly

Cleanliness was the main issue, room and beds are ok…refrigerator was not working….some of the water taps were almost broken…Kitchen utensils were not clean…WiFi is too slow….the only good thing I can find here is the appartment is spacious that’s all….and customer interaction was nice

Very good room with hall and kitchen very clean room with air-conditioned and well maintained bed. It's like two room apartment flat

This place is definitely not for family. Our room was in second floor and the lift wasn't working. We got no help to move the luggage to the second floor. We had travel. Plans for 6 days and one day stay at kochi. So heavy luggage was there. Had to struggle. And after entering the room it was unclean. The mattress. And bed sheets weren't clean at all. Water flow in the bathroom and washbasin taps were too slow. Only advantage is the location. It's in a calm and peaceful residential area.

It was a nice stay provided there in kadavil suites edappally. The service was also very nice from the staff's side. I prefer this stay for every one. There is many facilities available there like fridge, kitchen, etc for an affordable price. There service was also good. I'll take my stay there only if i come again in kochi.
