This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect

It was Nice. But not so fresh , a bit rustic, but overall good. The staff was helpful and good.

Was a comfortable stay. The staffs were friendly. Rooms are well maintained and have all the basic requirements like kettle, mini fridge etc. Bathroom was equipped with bodywash, handwash, hot and cold water pipe and shower etc. Overall it was a pleasant experiemxe staying here

Good service, and nice atmosphere

We had a poor experience. we checked in at 10 and went out for dinner. it was around 12 by the time we realised AC wasn't cooling. Tv wasn't working either. on a positive note, the room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Great location as well

Room was good and clean, Toilet was also clean, TV was not working but we didn't call anyone because we were not using the TV. Balconey had a good view. Overall the room was good.

Everything is good except the staff's attitude & the exhaust window of the bathroom was broken, nearby building which was very much concerning.

I stayed in that hotel for four days. On the second day, I asked the authorities to change the bedsheet, but they refused, stating it wasn't their policy to change bed covers daily. My worst experience was when I asked to change from a deluxe to a different deluxe room. One of the receptionist demanded extra money in hand, claiming it was for a superior room, but the room provided was identical to a deluxe room.

Pleasant stay very neat and quite, the staff is quite reliable and helpful. All the basic amenities are well maintained as well.

Location and facility is excellent

not up to the mark The rooms were not as expected and as shown in the photos during booking. Bathroom was too small to stand.

No amenities except for an Ac room with a kettle. No laundry service , no washing machine, no coffee machine , no refrigerator, no dental kit , no slippers , no iron box , which were all mentioned as a part of my room inclusions. Location is good.
