Review Of TLTA Residency

Property is in main location somewhat near to hotels , Shopping centres . Parking is ok , no covered parking . Room was clean . But as mentioned ,there is no water bottle , no blanket , no toiletries . When I asked for blanket to incharge , he replied in lethargic manner as booked Studio room and asking for blanket , for studio room no blanket . Asked unnecessarily are you feeling cold or hot . Is it necessary for blanket , it's basic requirement . After I questioned him he gave blanket . Since m traveller , visited across many states , stayed in star hotels and even in small lodges . I never faced like this in any scenarios . I stayed here 4 days/ 3 nights , room is not cleaned daily and wastage not removed .

I recently stayed this hotel unfortunately, my experience was not as comfortable as I had hoped. The room I was initially given was quite small and didn’t meet my expectations based on the booking. I had to request a room change, which was arranged, but I ended up paying extra for the upgrade. While the staff was polite and helpful, I feel that the original room should have been better for the price I paid. Overall, the stay was just okay. I appreciate the assistance with changing the room, but I would recommend the hotel be more transparent about room sizes and conditions in their listings.
