The location is near the shore and very quiet. The rooms are fine though you need to climb 2 floors. Service is good and their restaurant food is also excellent.

It was a nice stay. Mosquito was expected, but luckily there was not. Two things to be taken care 1. A/c will not be there if you are alone in the dormitory. Ac will be provided to if you have full in strenth. 2. There will not be any toiletry provided. As mentioned only bed. 3. Good for those need to sleep refresh for a night in kochi. 4. Place is in good locality as well.

I recently spent one night at ccostal residency and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were crisp and fresh. The bathroom was spotless and had a great shower i also appreciated the extra towels and toiletries provided. The room had a great view of the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
