Terrible Stay
Rooms were not cleaned after checkout of the previous guest as thr used soap and other waste were still in the bathroom, Bed was untidy and stinking pillow covers. Phone was not working and reception was unmanned always

Poor Stay
The condition of the room was not that not good. The toilet was not sanitised for use. And the staff told me its only 900 rupees for the stay i actually took but make my trip charged me 1201 rupees for the service. Which clearly say's i was looted.

Staying at sithara tower kochi was an absolute delight! from the moment i stepped into the hotel, i was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Hotel staff at sithara tower were so helpful. The cafe moo by nandini was very good. The rooms were clean and tidy. Excellent, attentive service. The decor was modern. Great value for money. We are quite happy with our stay. Highly recommended. The location is awesome and beside hi-way 66

Sithara tower is our go-to place stay in cochin. Comfortable and clean rooms, good amenities, and excellent on site cafe moo by nandini. Everything you’d want from a budget hotel of this 2 star calibre. Most of all, the customer service is excellent. Every single member of staff i came across was friendly, welcoming and hospitable. Will definitely be back when next in town.

Sithara tower, kochi is at a great location:beside nh66, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, gr8 staffs and helpful receptionist. As it’s a new property look gr 8 and budget friendly.

Excellent Stay
My recent visit to kochi was truly exceptional; i didn't feel like a typical trip. The hotel sithara tower had a committed team of staff always ready to attend to the needs of guests. The quality of the rooms and maintenance surpassed my expectations, making the experience more than enjoyable. It has budget friendly rooms and apartments. The hotel staff's prompt responsiveness was remarkable, and they assisted me in extending my stay for an additional 6 hours at minimal charges. This properly is just beside the national hi-way between vytilla and aroor, and the view at night is splendid. It was really worth money. My best wishes to the staffs and managment.

I had a wonderful stay at sithara tower nettoor kochi. Was welcome by the reception staffs. A new property near masjid himaya at pall i bus stop on nh 66. Very neat and clean rooms. Good house keeping. Neat and clean with complimentary drinking water and toiletteries.

Excellent Stay
I recently stayed for a couple of days here with a friend and the room service felt like that of a 2 star hotel. The staffs that was present was either new or untrained. We had to ask them basic things like the parking our car, removing luggage from the car etc. Considering that this is a budget hotel it was a very whelming experience. The rooms were good and considering the overall experience totally worth the money. The property looks great, as it’s very close to the 5* le meridian & crown plaza but beyond that this place has nothing more to offer.

I had an awesome feeling about sithara tower located beside national highway 66 at nettoor, eranakulam. Neat and spacious rooms. Good rates, value for money. Helpful reception. Nandini cafe open on the ground floor. Doctor on call, neuberg diagnostic lab, chemist etc all available at the buildings business center.
