Food was below average for the price charged, better to skip the food offered by the property and have it from the small restaurants nearby. Decent property with neat and spacious rooms. Good service.

The rooms given to us are small at the cost of 11000 (8600booking time +2600 guest charge). when we reached the property heavy rain for 2 days. so we didn't go any where outside. food is very costly but tasty. friendly staff ,

Stayed there for 2 days with wife and a small kid, booked as a non member, stayed in superior room, resort location is excellent facing the beach in front and backwater’s in the back, property is full of greenery with a big pond in the centre, activities include a house boat, rafting, cycling, kids play area, evening cultural programs, fishing. Restaurant is good, buffet spread is not that huge but more than enough for families, food cost is bit high. Housekeeping, reception and all staff are very helpful and polite. Overall a good relaxing stay

Location is good. Food is good rooms had issues. Lot of mosquitoes were there. That needs to be controlled

The resort itself is nice, but the 10am checkout can be challenging. Additionally, there were issues with missing toiletries, requiring requests for everything.

It was good. Nice and large property. Good food only con i felt is extremely low internet speed. Wifi caps at 1 mbps.

Front of the resort Beach, friendly locals, back of resort boating and fishing Lake. Well placed, fun activities, beautiful ambience, very polite and friendly staff, amazing food and good cottage.

We stayed here for a day. The check-in/check-out process was smooth. The staff was courteous. The overall resort is located at a beautiful place and is maintained well though the location is almost on the Sea it cant be called as a Beach resort because rocky wall has been created to prevent Sea water entering the resort/buildings there. The photos/videos and photos are misleading. There are enough activities which can be done within the resort. In food, we liked breakfast and lunch but dinner was disappointing. Some of the items looked as if they are made from left-overs from breakfast and dinner. Overall the place is good.

When you cannot treat members and non members equally, why do you even open your resort to non members. You are not doing any charity here. I pay for my stay and food. I did not stay and eat for free. Will probably never book a Club Mahindra resort again.

Nice property situated at the prime Cherai location. The calm atmosphere inside the premise and once goes out we have the beach access. Variety of kerala cuisine for breakfast.
