The room as okay but the restaurant option was not available in the hotel. So we had to out out all the time for food. Also the windows were broken. Done.

Air conditioner was ok and the room was spacious. But full of bed bugs. Didn't sleep the full night. No proper hot water. No food arrangements. Car parking was very narrow. Only small cars can be parked there. The staff was ok. Nothing was good other than the room was spacious. No pics we started early in the morning and moved to some other property. We never expected such a quality of stay from make my trip

Good place to stay and beach is nearby and can be viewed from room. Room was clean and good. For food nearby restaurants were there. Overall a good experience.

It was ok experience, not good or not bad. But ok staff behaviour, always got water shortages, no trasfer provided by the hotel. They asked to book uber.

The hospitality show by the resort authority is so good and memorable one. The people are so kind and i ask medicine for my issues immediately they arranged me. Mellana is so friendly and so good. Thaks a lot.

Resort is so close to cherai beach. I had booked a ac deluxe room for my family, it was a fun weekend experience for the kids. Room was neat, had 24-hours ac and hot water in bathroom all the time. Also, there was a smart tv with great speed internet connectivity; we were also provided free wi-fi access with great speed and connection. Room also had few complimentary items - soaps, two mineral water bottles, 2 adult tooth-brushes, 1 tooth-paste, 4 tea bags, 4 dairy whitener and sugar packs. From improvements side, fan regulators were a bit tight and a complimentary shampoo could be added in future. Tickets costed a little less than rs for a family of 4. Overall, it's a good budget hotel very close to the cherai beach - it has aqua show aquarium with exotic fishes in walkable distance.

Terrible stay. Booked for 3 nights. Could not continue mainly because water scarcity in the toilet and absence of exhaust fan. Had to check out after one night though payment was made for 3 nights. This property should be blacklisted immediately.

Location and the hotel is pretty neat and clean. Walkable distance to the beach and nearby restaurants. The facility does not have in-house restaurant or pools.
