Everything was good except food availability. We went there on Sunday , being Sunday many hotels around this hotel are closed. Other than this everything is good with the room.

it is a good place to stay in Aluva. Service is good and staffs are very professional. Metro is in walking distance.

one of the best properties at a reasonable rate, a variety of restaurants available for food also. Good staff nice behaviour.

could be better
I expected a king size bed for me my wife and a child. There were ants in the bathroom.

Poor Stay
The breakfast supplied was not hygienic. Though the room is ok, it is not a good hotel. It is only a portion of a commercial complex that too without any restaurant. Parking earmarked for the rooms were not convenient. The staff did not co-operate no help given for shifting luggage to the basement floor

Poor Stay
disappointing experience with basic amenities during my recent stay, i encountered several issues with essential items: - no toilet tissue or bathroom tissue was provided. - milk powder was not initially provided and later requested. - additional coffee powder was requested, but i was asked to pay an extra ₹30. as an booking customer, i was disappointed by the lack of basic support. i urge you to improve your services for bookings to ensure a smoother experience. suggested improvements: 1. provide essential amenities like toilet tissue and milk powder as standard. 2. include clear information on what's included and what's chargeable. 3. enhance support for booking customers. looking forward to better experiences in the future.. mohammad riyas is really supportive and helpful

Good Stay
Accommodation was comfortable. But breakfast was arranged at a nearby restaurant. It is an inconvenience especially in this rainy period.
