Very bad bedroom, Room dutty, toilet door Not.. ok.. ( totally Damage) , Ac not working, fan creates sound

bhat ghatiya hai paisa le gayi par booking dekh kar jati hnu to hotel mana kar dete hai extra payment bhi mangte he hum stay neha kiya hai or non refundable bi kar diya hai job stay neha kiya to kyun paisa return neha karte ho mene mail bhi kiya hai koi reply neha aya abhi tak

I checked in this hotel with my wife. This hotel is very bad. No one can live here with family. This hotel is located on the outskirts of bhubaneswar. Where neither a car nor an auto is ready to go. Nor is there any facility to come back from there and the hotel owner demand extra money from me. While i had paid but the owner told me that 500 more extra money will be taken. Very bad behavior in hotel owner or manager. Couples is not safe in this hotel, and when i checked, there was not a any guest in the whole hotel, when i asked the staff, they said that there is a one couple in a room who will go away but there is no guest booking here at night. So, that i checked out at the same time because my wife was with me and i didn't feel safe.

There was no wifi, no care taker, no purifier water, no checkup of temperatures, no cleanliness, bedsheets was not so clean, to security, no cubord to keep the clothes, no hand wash, no soap, no tv cable connection, it's total useless there written that it was a whole house but after going there they provided only a single room

The property is at very remote location. It is very difficult to find by anyone. Safety is a concern. Hygiene is very poor and bad.
