Good service and quiet place at the riverfront
A nice boutique hotel very near to the Mahandi river front. Good and clean rooms, with good courtyard. The best part was staff courtesy and service.

The property was well designed with all flavours of a 5 star resort. However, the maintenance is poor - specially the rooms. The furniture & fixtures are old and need immediate repair & replacement.

Good Stay
The hotel needs urgent renovation, the room which I was alloted a.c was not working in it . After arguments with the management I was given an upgrade. I have been staying in this hotel since long , but the service & food quality has come down . Overall ok stay , no other choice

The behaviour of the staff was excellent, friendly.The environment was pure natural and outside the city, which make it more beautiful.And the place was more luxurious than any other hotel of cuttack city.

Poor Stay
Bfast spread was extremely average. Room category mentioned is incorrect- I had to get this changed in the middle of the night. Extra bed is a joke- extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Beautiful exteriors, lobby and entrance. Hope the same attention of detail is given to service, food and room quality

The stay was pleasant and the entire staff was politely handling all my requests which i am really glad about however a small request of ensuring the hair dryers work well within the rest rooms faced a little inconvenience regarding that, rest apart i will continue recommending the resort to friends and family. Also, thank you for sending the breakfast to rooms however i feel guests should have an option to have their breakfast in room. Thank you for the wonderful experience Pramod ! Quite comfortable stay. The food (esp indian) options were very tasty and breakfast spread was also good. The decor of the place was picturesque. It's a nice place for a lazy weekend get-away.
